Very excited to receive these containers. They are nice, but came with one of the handles broken on the body of the container. The item was packaged well from the manufacturer, but placed in an Amazon That was larger than the original item. Why it wasn’t sent in its original box baffles me. Again, they put the box inside a box which was too big for the original box so it was free to shift around during the usual manhandling that happens in delivery. Not even a piece of paper to keep it from sliding the 8 inches back-and-forth on either side of the box. I have to say it really irritates me the way the shipping procedure and packing procedure is carried out by Amazon. Ruins a good product more times than not. ... show more

I have bought 3 cases of these bins before. 1st time one of there product came in the box damaged. The company immediately replaced the damaged component. Then we ordered another case of the same product. This made 4 cases total. Box number was delivered but upon opening the box there was damaged to the product. I have reached out to iris to get the component replacement. Still waiting on a reply. Case 2 and 4 were damaged upon delivery. ... show more

These totes are very nice for the price. The only issue I had is that the plastic is thin, so one of the totes came with a damaged corner.

These containers are a good size and will work for my purposes. The only issue that I have is that the lids are extremely brittle and probably not very suitable for stacking if you put heavy contents in them. I would not have noticed this except two of the six lids arrived broken and allowed me to see how brittle the plastic really is. This is not a problem for me because I only need three containers with lids and will not stack them. Plus, the others I do not plan on using the lids with anyway. ... show more

I guess you get what you pay for. We purchased 3 different sizes of this brand storage container. Multiple boxes of each size. We wanted something clear to be able to see what was in the container while in storage. We would have saved a lot of money just buying cardboard boxes and writing on the box. These containers had broken lids and lock handles right out of the box with no use. I’d recommend buying more expensive containers or buy cardboard boxes. ... show more

We used these containers to store some unused baby clothes to clear out our son’s nursery! They worked great for packing the clothes in loosely, and even better when we used vacuum sealing bags to seal the clothing up! They stack well, and are easy to get your arms around to carry.

Good basic latching storage bins. Check them carefully when you get them - the plastic on the edges appears to break easily in transit. My first order had 2 that were broken. No issues with their replacements - all good.
