I've owned a nice massage chair, purchased through a Chiropractor that did a nice job massaging the spine and it wasn't too bad of a chair to have in the living room as part of a fairly modern furniture design. This chair doesn't blend in with anything. It fits in the corner of a large master bedroom or a workout room. It's single purpose is to massage and it does an incredible job of it. I sat in one of these style massage chairs at a Las Vegas convention after walking around on concrete for 4 hours. That's the best pitch and it was a perfect break for relaxation. I'm too cheap to spend 9-12k on a chair. My wife is going through chemo and has aches all the time. I set out to find one without the huge markup of the middlemen. We loved the deep massage and the stretch feature. I felt that chair in Vegas was going to rip my legs and arms off and it felt great. This chair advertised that feature and delivers. It's not for a wide person. They make chairs for wide people and this doesn't fit wide people. Wide chairs can't massage skinny or normal sized people. We've used this chair for 4 months, daily use of at least 30 min a day, sometimes 2 hours a day (several of us use it). It works great. Love all the pre-programmed features and customizations. The touch screen is very intuitive and helpful to see progress and what is being worked on. There are dozens of pre-programmed massages. The scanner that happens at the beginning is really important and very effective and determining where to begin and end, how to massage your neck and shoulders. The cons - the voice control doesn't work. That's a feature that is nice when your arms and hands are being worked and massaged between airbags and if you pull them out, you won't get them back in for 15-20 seconds. When it ends the program, it shuts down and doesn't return you back to an upright position. There is no way to design your own program AND save it for future use. It's nice to be able to increase pressure on skinny legs, or skip one type of motion or turn on the heat, but it's a pain to do it every time you use it. I would love to jump in and tell it to give me 'custom massage #3' This was a very expensive purchase for us and we did a lot of research, even looking at used models on craigslist and FB marketplace. Delivery was easy. The boxes are huge and you need two people to lift it, but we did the install ourselves and it was REALLY easy to do. Is it loud? Not really. We can use it while watching TV and it's not an issue. I expected this to be a watered-down version of the fancy ones 2-3 times the price, but so far I think this is on par with the best. I'm not a mechanical or electrical engineer and there may be a difference in the internal components, but I am very impressed and waited four months to write my review in case the massage chair broke, became glitchy, or just became another laundry rack in our room like the treadmill or trampoline. Overall the chair was great. My wife and i love it. It do everything as it listed on the description. Even better that it has our language that help us easy to navigate especially my wife. It has a lot of function but the most function i enjoy the most are the back massage and the full body stretching.....it awesome. I did a lot of searching prior to purchasing and found this chair to do more than any other one. There were really no reviews at the time, so I bought it based on features and correspondence from the seller with questions I had. I'm not disappointed at all, this chair does everything it says, and does some things it doesn't even speak of. For instance in certain massages it will actually hold your ankles and the foor massager will pull your legs stretching them out. The customization is at your fingertips, or just let it roll as programed. The pre programed massages are awesome, and if you need to tweak those in mid stream you can do so to your likings. I ordered mine, and I think literally it delivered 2 days later, perfect packing and no visible damage to any boxes. If white glove is available, take it, or have some help for sure. Our family loves it, and if I were buying again, I would buy this chair in a heartbeat! Customer service was great, and when you call you get a real live person to talk to. Wasn't looking for but came across a similar chair at $8600 while shopping at Costco just before Christmas. As someone who suffers with peripheral Neuropathy I'm always on the lookout for holistic pain relief and after an in store session I was tempted, except for the $8600 price. I found this chair on Amazon for $5000 less with all the same if not identical features. After 3 months I love this chair. My wife and I use it twice a day. I still have pain but the chair helps a lot and I always feel fresh and invigorated after a 20 minute session. I had no problem with installation or operation and the chair quality is excellent. The chair is great! Does everything that’s listed in its description. I’ve had it over a week and I’m still learning about all the different functions. But what’s more impressive to me was the customer service by Maria. A couple of days after the purchase she contacted me to ask how I would like it delivered and setup. Throughout the process she stayed in touch. The delivery guy called first to ensure I could be home. He delivered and moved it into my garage. Although I read assembly isn’t difficult, I chose the “white glove service”. It’s because I really needed help moving it into the house. Maria called to let me know she couldn’t find someone in my area to move and assemble it. After talking to her to discuss options she thought of using a moving company. Problem solved! This is an Incredible Chair. I have a Chronic Back problem. Lot of pain. I use the chair at least 2-hours a day. A couple of days ago, I woke up and could hardly walk, I hurt so bad. I did my stretches, then sat in the chair and used 3-cycles at 20 minutes each, of the Chinese Massage Program. It was Incredible I felt afterwards.
