I use this chair every day. I would say you need to be comfortable with firm massage to love this chair. It did surprise me how low it goes on your buttocks (got a little more friendly than I had anticipated). Love the different types of auto massage features. Feels so good to get a daily full body massage. Bought the cover to keep my cat off it and works well but no longer need as long as put a pillow in the seat (he liked to snuggle into the seat). My brother received this chair for a fathers day gift. My husband tried it out and had to have one. He's absolutely loves it! He was going to the chiropractor every 1-2 weeks for back, shoulder and knee issues. He has canceled all chiropractic appointment since he started using this chair. This is a great chair. I am very happy with the performance and I use It everyday. As for delivery, It is delivered on a pallet and dropped. So be prepared to get someone ( Paid movers to move It from my garage to the second floor where It would be starting). This item is 250 pounds and solid as a rock. While It was still in the packaging the movers got It to the second floor. The company was clear about this I just didn’t listen. But none of that matters once you use It. I personally use this every morning and every night. My husband uses It every night before bed. My daughter comes home from college just to use It. My 15 year old loves It. It is customizable so everyone in your family can save the massage they like best. With heat without heat. I’m a level 3 foot massage my husband is no foot massage. Everyone is happy! ... show more

This thing is great !!! I had heard about them and never thought I would purchase one but I’m glad I did I originally bought it for my wife as a birthday gift hoping she would use it because she has early onset arthritis in her ankles. Not only does this chair get your feet it gets you arms, back, shoulders and gluts…. I tried it out and stopped going to the Massage therapist. After a hard day of work or PT I sit in this for an hour and feel so much better The only hard part was getting it in the basement. It is heavy but was worth the struggle. Had some help getting it in the house It was easy to set up and it is easy to use. I am 6-2 and 250 and I fit in it. My wife is 5-4 and 135 and works on her too It is the life of the party when people come by. Well worth the money.     • The airbags for arms and shoulders don’t work at all.
I recently purchased this chair and there are good things about it. However, it doesn’t deliver on what is promised. Specifically, the airbag massagers for the arms and shoulders don’t work at all. I reached out to the company’s support, but I haven’t received any helpful information despite 2 weeks of texting back and forth. This is frustrating beyond belief and my return window is expiring soon. I’m not sure I’ll be able to return this or not due to the size and awkwardness of packaging. It’s a shame, as this chair could be fantastic if all the listed features worked. ... show more

I absolutely love this massage chair. It will do a scan of your body measurements before each massage session. Adjusting for your body height and width, shoulders and legs. It has heat options for any massage selected. There are a number of preprogrammed massages, that you can adjust to your preferences. You can create your own massage sessions, targeting specific body sections or your entire body, type of massage, rolling, kneading, tapping, etc. The zero gravity option is awesome, you actual full weightless.
