For reference I'm 5' 10" and weight approximately 160 lbs. Negatives: (1) You have to push your feed down on the leg extension, it doesn't automatically detect your height. I find this annoying because you can't relax at times, and you have to keep your legs extended. (2) The calf massage is very weak, but the bottom of your feet and achilles get a lot of tension and roller pressure, even with manual adjustments. (3) Upper airbags by your shoulders don't do anything for me - I'd have to be much bigger for it to even really touch me. (4) Forearm massage is minimal. (5) The different programs are really just slight variations of pressure and roller methods. (6) Heating element is just along the back and doesn't cover areas like feet. Positives: (1) Looks nice and leather materials are good quality. (2) I like the bluetooth for listening to relaxing music during a massage. (3) The heated back element is a nice feature. (4) Remote control is fairly intuitive. (5) Packaged and shipped well. ... show more

This chair is incredible. I did a lot of research before making this purchase and this chair is a bargain in price for features. It was a little challenging to uncreate it, but very simple to assemble. The auto programs are great and we love the foot massaging.     • The shoulder airbag doesn't work

I don't know why it was designed to be as high. It does not touch my shoulder at all. I'm 6ft and 195lbs. Anyone smaller than that is guaranteed not to fit.
