(UPDATE 5/30/2023): I tried investigating my laptop's Bluetooth driver version with Windows Device Manager. I tried updating the Driver however it reported I had the latest. It appears that my Bluetooth is 5.1; After Re-Connecting, Windows now reports that it is connected with both Voice and Music. It is now working as it should. I don't know what fixed it. I Connected and Disconnected about ten times and it is consistent (good). So, instead of returning it I will keep it. I intend to use this on my deck playing music from my laptop. It will be fine for that. However, if you have a large group of people all talking, or a large room you will probably want something larger in size. One minor irritation is the volume steps are very course. Just three or four step from nothing takes you too loud. ------------------------------------------------ (Original Review): I just received this a short time ago. It quickly paired with my Laptop, but it is not receiving music from the laptop. A Bluetooth headphone works just fine with this same laptop. My laptop says "Connected Voice" but my headphones say "Connected Voice, music". I then quickly and easily paired with my phone and it plays music from the phone. I was in a pinch and needed a Bluetooth speaker loud enough to be used outdoors in less than 24 hours for a party. This item arrived in 12 hours time and I quickly opened it up and set it to charge for a party that was set to start in 10 hours. This speaker was good to go and it delivered solid sound to a backyard that was about a half acre without distortion. Does it have the depth of a Bose? No. But that wasn't what I was looking for. It was perfect for entertaining at a graduation party. I'm happy to have this speaker and I definitely see myself using it just for ordinary occasions. Speaker is loud and durable - I spilled Mountain Dew on it and it was fine. The only thing is the battery life is more like 20 hours if you’re really blasting it loud, which is understandable because it uses more power. I bought this speaker for my car because I can’t replace the existing stereo system for a while, and it fills up my car with pretty good sound. (It’s a 5 seater so it’s not exactly a small cab). At full volume I can have it upstairs in my room and still hear it downstairs from across the house. HIGHLY recommend, great value for the cost. Genuinely on par with JBL speakers but much more affordable. The two passive radiators are a must and they really do their job. ... show more

I ordered this to replace a work speaker to work out with. When I opened the box, I was a little hesitant because it was pretty small in comparison to the other speaker I was replacing. I though for sure this was not going to work for what I needed it for which is to play loud music in a1,200 sq foot space. I was wrong….this speaker has some power and was more than adequate to play the music loud enough. Now I love how small and compact this speaker is and that it delivers the same loudness I need. I also appreciate that the charging port is usb-c. I love it….I highly recommend it!!! ... show more

First of all, the speaker is soooo LIGHTWEIGHT! I was surprised at how light and sturdy it is. Even my mother has no issues carrying it and she can’t lift heavy things for a long time.The sound is AWESOME! Fills up an entire room AND an entire parking lot. We had a BBQ the other day and had the speaker in a window, we could hear the music indoors & outdoors! Sometimes needing to pause/lower the volume just to talk to one another. We only had it playing for about 5-6 hours STRAIGHT OUT THE BOX! Will definitely purchase another one since I found out you can link two speakers together. When I was first shopping for Bluetooth speakers and found this one, I was quite skeptical that the speaker was as good as advertised. This review will go over the sound quality ONLY until I edit this review at a later time. But I can safely say that the quality from the speaker is quite good. The trebles carry their weight and are crispy, the speaker itself definitely has good bass and the mid-tones are what you would expect. Bang for your buck, the speaker sound quality is something I would definitely recommend. I think the speaker would be quite appropriate for parties and decent sized gatherings. Came with a USB port, usb-c charger, and 3.5mm audio jack as advertised. A thing that surprised me about the speaker that caught me off guard was the weight of the speaker. Even though the speaker itself is quite powerful the speaker itself is quite light. These are my thoughts for now. Definitely recommend for now though. ... show more

So this is an update to a 1 star rating previously made for this Bluetooth speaker. After posting my negative rating, the manufacturer quickly contacted me and offered to send a new Bluetooth Speaker. I provided my address and they quickly shipped out another Speaker. My biggest problem originally was that the speaker failed after five months and it appeared I had no recourse. I would now rate my overall experience with this product at a 4. The speaker could use some quality improvements, but I will add the manufacturer’s attention to their customers satisfaction is extraordinary and very much appreciated by this customer. I bought this speaker to use in my workshop ant that is where it is. The speaker is small enough to not take up much room in a shop where space is a premium which is a big plus. It charges through a usb cable so make sure one is available. I keep mine plugged in all the time so I’ve never run the battery all the way down. The sound quality is not as clear as I’ve had on some other speaker systems but if I wanted Bose sound I should have bought Bose. In my shop this is more than enough for what I need and the speakers can get loud enough to let the neighbors know if some really good tunes come up on the stream. ... show more
