After an extensive search on Amazon, I found myself back at this chair. We set it up rather quickly. It tilts back nicely and is a smooth ride. The vibration has different intensities and locations, as the marketing states. I am a larger woman and fit comfortably in the seat. The material is soft, and does not scratch my skin. It is so comfortable, I fell asleep with our grand-daughter sleeping with me. Now for some of the concerns. The arms are placed inside the base with two metal pieces. I liked that is was so simple to put together. There is no bolts, washers or nuts. Both arm chairs slide onto a metal groove and the back also slides into a groove. Just plug in the wires on the back of the chair and its done. so simple. I love it. The massager is so nice.

This wasn't the chair I thought I ordered, but is does have some nice features like cup holders and selectable message settings. The only thing I miss is the lift function like I thought it had. Overall its not a bad chair. I wish advertisers would only put videos on the sale page that are actually a likeness of the item. Unfortunately the video I watched about the chair showed a different chair. It was too bad I didn't read the description closer. If you want a nice recliner this is the one. Maybe my next chair will be the right one, LOL. Becareful not to mention any thing about the item's origination or Amazon will send you a warning message being politically correct. ... show more

The chair we received was quite different from the photo shown. It is not wing-backed and did not have cup holders, like the photo, which was a disappointment. It also looks very different from the photo as you can see. Also, the footrest, when it is up, is short so that the feet dangle over the edge. So this chair would be great for smaller people. But the controls work great. Vibration is nice. Does NOT have heat. But it's a very comfortable chair and gets used a LOT. I would recommend it, but make sure you know it won't be the same as the description and photo on Amazon. ... show more

I bought this chair for my dad as a Christmas gift. My dad is a truck driver and spends a lot of time driving. He gets home tired so I got him this chair as a two-one punch. The chair is well made. It’s definitely comfortable. The recliner part is nice, it reclines pretty far back, reminded me of an inverted table a little bit. So he loved that for his back. However the one thing I’m not liking is the massager. It’s not very strong. My dad is a big guy but weighs within the weight limit. I unplugged and replugged it. Also made sure it was plugged into the wall and it’s just not strong enough. That’s the only reason I gave it three stars. ... show more

I bought this in anticipation of some major shoulder surgery. I had rented a recliner for a past surgery and it was a comfortable way to sleep after surgery. Unfortunantly my first issue was while readjusting at night, the chair almost dumped me on the floor. I'm a 145lb 5'7" woman, I didn't feel it could support me. Really doesn't recline enough, and again, I felt it was to small? Uncomfortable? Etc to relax or sleep in. Most importantly tho, you want your posterior firmly planted all the way to the back of the chair when lowering the feet, as it tipping forward is a real threat. As far as heat and massage is concerned, what can be expected of any chair not made for that express usage? Lot's of vibrating ... show more
