I was a little worried about ordering an Amazon Renewed product, but I'm sure glad I (finally) purchased this phone! The phone arrived quickly and in perfect condition. It was in a Amazon Received box and not the original packaging, but I'm not too worried about that. It included a generic 5w charger and charging cable. They both seem to work fine though. There are no visible signs of wear on the phone, no dents, no scratches, etc. Seriously, it looks brand new! The battery health is 92% which is above the 90% that was guaranteed, and I think pretty good considering the phone came out ~2 years ago. Other than that an iPhone is an iPhone, iOS is iOS so you know what you are getting. I will definitely not think twice about shopping Amazon Renewed again to save some serious money.

When my phone arrived, I opened it up, and the inside of the box was really dusty and I thought nothing of it, but eventually got to testing features. In the telephoto camera, there is a spot of dust inside the lens, which is supposed to be a closed system, as was confirmed by a look at the forum and consulting with an Apple authorized repair shop(they did not open it up, just confirmed that was the likely culprit). Said repair shop confirmed to me that Amazon had not run a full diagnostic on the phone when they refurbished it, which would have caught the dust, assuming the dust hadn't come from their factory. Note how when the camera is moved, the circled splotch moves, even without anything on the outside of the lens. A defective camera would've been fine, but despite what the page says, Amazon does not actually do replacements on these phones when they send a defective one out, and expects you to return for a refund while making it as hard as possible to actually do so. The problem here comes in the fact that because the price went up, if I return the phone, I'll have to pay an additional $80 and wait a lot more time even as they use a pickup system that doesn't even let me track the package to make sure it actually gets there, with the refund hinging on it getting there rather than being picked up, and waiting potentially a week for UPS to come pick it up means I can't work during that period invoking an additional opportunity cost of several hundred dollars. This leaves the actual most likely solution to a functionally warrantyless phone to be to get a new camera unit installed for about $200. And all this hasn't even gotten into the fact that Amazon had previously charged the wrong card and asked me to purchase this(the second) phone on my main card while I wait for a refund because they can't change the payment method, so Amazon has essentially bilked me for about $2500 between the first(unopened) phone billed to the wrong card, the second phone that's defective, and opportunity cost in addition to still being left in need of a phone. This stinks.

Wow, I'm blown away. I drove to the border from Canada to pick this up as the prices here for most things are just too expensive. I took a gamble on a refurbished model and was blown away. This phone has clearly never been used. There isn't a mark on it and the battery is at 100%. I saved hundreds of dollars and am sooo thankful.

About the seller: I ordered the iPhone 13 Pro 256 GB Sierra Blue on Black Friday with a nice discount. A few days later I received the package, and to my surprise it was a green iPhone with 128 GB. I got in contact with the seller and was offered two options: either return the phone for a full refund or keep it and get a $25 partial refund. Apparently, there was an error with the Amazon listing and they didn't have the one I ordered in stock, even though I was able to complete the purchase. Personally, I wouldn't benefit from a full refund (I used reais - the brazilian currency - instead of dollar, which includes some bank taxes AND I woudn't get the same discount if I tried to buy it again), meaning I'd lose a considerable amount of money either way. I decided to keep it and receive the partial refund, which I still haven't received. I would prefer that they let me know there was none in stock and cancel my purchase instantly instead of proceeding to send me a totally different item. I didn't like that at all. About the iPhone: Although I was very sad with the color and with having less storage than what I paid for, the conditions are great. It barely has any scratches (none on the front or the back, just one or two on the sides), everything works perfectly and the battery health is at 100%. I have tiny hands, so it's a perfect balance between not being uncomfortably heavy and a having a nice, big screen. It's my first time using a camera with three lenses and I've been having fun taking photos. It came with a USB cable that isn't original, but it's new and works perfectly. The battery is awesome, it's a huge improvement from the iPhone SE 2nd gen, my previous phone. I do recommend it.
