Great phone! Arrived the same day and looked brand new. No issues transferring the SIM card and restoring my old phone’s backup to the new phone - took 10 minutes! It charges to 100% and holds a charge all day. The charging port is a little tricky - you have to make sure it shows it’s charging (in the upper right corner of the screen) when you first connect the charging cord and make sure the connection is tight, but then it’s good. This phone is amazing, does everything I need it to and the pictures are amazing. Speed is top notch and the sound is amazing. But and here's the cather. It didn't come with any screen protector and the screen had scratches. As these are minor mishaps though, thought I'd keep it and watch how it turned. Felt that if I returned it, may get smt worse. But rlly it's okay just never like the scratching. Good thing though is that it has 1 yr warranty so gonna be watching it in that time, if ntg changes will come back and edit. ... show more

I bought the 13 iPhone Premium and can not believe that it was ever used. Instead of rating it renewed it should be call New! old stock And when I say old stock I mean not very old at all however replaced naturally with a higher number. I mean this is not even a fine line scratch. This baby has to be New! Came extremely well packed and super fast delivery via ups plus the box was complete just like the ad said. 100 0/0 battery and after playing with it and setting it up after all day she is only down to 60 0/0 battery. And I mean all day! Great deal when you consider what a new one cost. Don’t hesitate with this seller. When I for saw this ad there were 9 available on Friday and by Sunday only 1. Hope this helps.
