Size & Fit: This is the biggest thing to pay attention to. While it’s labeled for small to large dogs, the actual dimensions (32.2" L x 25.1" W x 24" H) make it better suited for small to medium dogs. Larger dogs may fit lying down, but it could feel a bit tight for standing and turning comfortably. Quality: The plastic feels sturdy enough for everyday use and doesn’t feel flimsy once assembled. It holds its shape well, and the structure feels stable on flat ground. Durability & Weather Resistance: The waterproof design is a big plus, especially if you’re using it outside. This house was extremely easy to put together. Just pop tabs into place, then screw 5 screws into each of the two hinges in the roof for easy opening and closing. It's a great size for large cats or small to medium dogs. I wouldn't recommend it for large dogs. It is entirely plastic/vinyl and should withstand wet weather, but I wouldn't put it in an open area with high winds without bricks or stones inside to weigh it down. It's definitely suitable for an indoor location., which is where I plan to keep it. My pets are already running in and out of it, they seem happy with it. It looks nice and simple. It has the appearance of painted wood from 10+ feet away. I think it's a good value, it's similarly priced to other PVC dog houses I've seen.
