This little gadget so far is wonderful. I needed something for my pop socket wallet because it wouldn't stay centered on the back of my S26 Ultra case with the lens being in the way. At first I thought this was magnetic, and when I tested it, my pop socket still blocked my lens, but still gave enough thickness for it to sit straight. That's when I discovered that it has a 3M adhesive, and that really did wonders. I was able to move the ring adapter down more and place my pop socket there, and with the stickiness and magnetic strength of the ring adapter, I'm able to have my pop socket rest more comfortably on the ring adapter. I did NOT test out magnetic charging, so I can't tell you from experience how the location I have it sitting at will work. Regardless, the material of it is a thick plastic and so far seems very durable. I even did a "shake test" (without my phone for added weight), but it still seemed pretty secure. It comes with 2 wet and 2 dry wipes to use before applying adhesion. Definitely worth buying for all my S26 Ultra users out there! ... show more

Even though I’m giving it five stars, it’s not perfect for me. My problem has to do with where my AC vents are located, which is not the manufactures problem of this product. It works perfectly. It holds my phone perfect. If you’re considering this type of phone mount, look at where your AC vents are located. The one I use, the shift lever is partly in the way of the phone when mounted. Other than that, the design is a great one, and unless the magnet looses its ability, durability will not be a problem. Product comes in a very efficiently packed small box and contains 2 Magnetic adapters that you can place on 2 different devices. Placing this on your device allows it to magnetically attach itself to multiple devices such as phone wallets, wireless chargers, car dashboard phone holders etc. Inside the box also comes instructions on how to place the rings on your device, 2 Wet wipes and 2 Dry wipes to clean and prepare your device to have the rings placed on them. And 1 paper alignment helper to help you center your ring on your device of choice. The actual magnetic ring is incredibly thin so it barely adds any thickness to your phone which is excellent for your pocket. The adhesive seems quite strong when attached to your phone case (I wouldn’t attach it directly to your phone) and the actual magnetic pull between 2 objects is incredibly solid. My ring magnets stick to metal well, but separates from this not so magnetic mount . Previous metal mounts have not separated from my ring mount

Price is ok since you get two. I am using on a fold 6 w/o a case. Strong enough to charge on my magsafe stand. Matte black looks fine, the text on the ring isn't too invasive to the design. I do like that the ring is rounded, no rough edges. How it could be better: Stronger. I wish this was stronger, I have used cases that have stronger magnets. I understand this might make the ring slightly thicker but a extra strong version would be appreciated. Also, the adhesive NEEDS to be better. This comes off a naked phone way to easy. I lost the first one in the first couple days, the second one has come off several times too. I wiped my phone down with alcohol before applying to make sure nothing would interfere with the adhesion. Even doing this I am disappointed. ... show more

I legitamately went through 8 other magsafe rings before i bought the iOttie brand, because they either fell off on their own or got pulled off when i removed magsafe accessories from my phone. Once i got these, i simply made sure to place them perfectly in the middle of the back of my phone,waited an hour for them to settle, and have never had any issue with them after that. Im on week 3 of using 1 ring,with a magsafe wireless charger every day and still no issue. Just make sure to place them correctly on the first time because the adhesive is very strong! ... show more

I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max which is still a great phone for my needs in 2025 but it does lack the conveniences of MagSafe. This ring gives me some of those benefits. It's super easy to install on the back of your phone or phone case. The simple alignment guide will help you place the ring near the center of your device. I do plan on upgrading to the 17 Pro later this year but in the mean time this ring allows me to get MagSafe compatible accessories that will work with my future phone. So far it works great with the phone mount in my vehicle and adapter to my DJI Osmo. I would recommend this to anyone interested in the benefits that come with MagSafe. ... show more
