My daughter is really trying to eat naturally and find natural home remedies to many health issues that her family may be going through. This book is good for a novice in working with herbs & spices. I ended up giving this to my daughter who will get better use out of it. as I already had knowledge and recipes of my own a great gift for someone like I said, that is a beginner and learning how to create their own remedies.
