It did not come in the famous, fancy box in the picture. It came in a plain, yellow Invicta cardboard box. This was my first Invicta watch purchase. I was happy with the watch itself and the reduced price. I might even buy the silver version if it goes on sale. I was just looking forward to receiving the special Invicta box that customers rave about in the reviews. I decided to keep the watch because it looks great, so far it's remained accurate, and it's not worth the time and energy I would have to spend to return it. This is the 3rd watch of this make and model that I’ve bought from Amazon. I love this watch! I’ve gotten many compliments on this watch. Keeps great time and water proof. I never take it off. I’ve even showered with it on! I only like leather bands so this is perfect. The only downfall, the ban is thick leather. After many times of removing and putting on, it eventually cracks and breaks. The leather ring on the band eventually breaks also. Buying the watch again was easier and cheaper than replacing the band. ... show more

The watch arrived in good condition and looks good. Make sure you read the description, don't just go by the display picture. The face is Indigo (color between blue and violet) and will appear more or less purple depending on the light. Also, the band is indeed darker than the picture but in a good way (in my opinion). EDIT: Originally rated 4 Stars because I didn't think the 1st dial function (quick-changing the date) was working but now I see that you have to turn it counter-clockwise roughly a full turn. This is my first watch in a long time so I wasn't really sure what to look for or expect. I like the look but as someone who hasn't worn a watch in awhile I'll have to get used to the feel, the leather band is certainly tough and a little stiff but like all leather that's to be expected, I'm betting it will soften and conform to my wrist after wearing it awhile. ... show more
