After piercing my ears at home recently I thought I had everything perfect according to recommendations when finding out the hard painful way I did not. First the recommended at home self piercing 🔫 studs were NOT hypoallergenic as said then this after care did NOT help with anything either with my ears getting infected just a couple days later even after taking the studs out and still dealing with the pain and inflammation on the piercings. I found out the hard way I can only use real gold earrings not plated or anything like that. I didn’t want the piercing to close so I had to get solid gold earrings to replace the original piercings and til now using alcohol to constantly clean out the infection from the bad studs that I pierced my ears with. Now scared to ever attempt piercing with home piercing kits.😰😰 ... show more

I pierced my ears 4 months ago and have been using this to clean my piercings and so far I haven't had any infection. I wish it was a spray, so I don't have to use a paper towel every time I clean them, but oh well. I also don't recommend using a q-tip since the fibers can get inside the piercing and create an infection. ... show more
