looks good but not! First the brake levers are way too small you can use your thumb thats about it had to buy extensions. The front wheels are the lawnmower type the bolt fits loosely in the sleeve s. Sounds like a trash can rolling down the street,had to buy new ones. The hand wheel is so smooth can not get a good grip had to buy silicone covers. no anti tip wheels had to buy them. Just to make safe had to add over 100 dollars not such a deal. ... show more

    • Poor, no make that zero customer support from manufacturer
Opened box, which had no damage, to find 1 of the plastic cross supports is broken. The 2 pieces do not match so obviously a manufacturer defect where they used 2 broken pieces to "assemble" it. Shows they have zero quality control. Called Invacare, oh they don't deal directly with customers. I will never buy anything made by Invacare again. Amazon made it easy to return. ... show more

It’s very hard to maneuver on carpet. hardwood floor and other flat surfaces unit works ok. when going backwards on carpet make sure that there are no toys or other things on the floor because this thing easily tips over backwards.
