I am having surgery soon and I thought this might help me recover faster and be more comfortable. I wanted to get it before surgery to test it out and get use to it. First off, it was super easy to put on, only a few steps and it fits great. It took me about 30 minutes to put it together and no leaks. I plugged it in and read how to use the remote and figured out all the bells and whistles. Everything is super easy to understand and it’s very user friendly. My first time trying it was great. I was a little nervous thinking it was going to be a jet stream but the low setting was gentle and the heated seat is fantastic! I used all the settings and it seems like this is going to be wonderful. The dryer was better than expected due to so many reviews saying it barely dries but I thought it did a decent job. I felt clean and fresh afterwards and thinking I am going to love this. The added bonus is how it lights up and the soft close lid. I am hoping this lasts a long time! ... show more

Worth every penny! I upgraded from a very basic, 1-knob manual style bidet attachment that just sprays a hard stream of cold water. On a whim I got the much more versatile and feature-laden Inus, and wow - I didn't realize what I was missing out on all these years. Love the heated seat, heated water, warm-air dryer, and all the various settings and adjustments that can be made. Very easy to install with a little plumbers tape and wrench - it comes with a standard adapter unlock some others. Makes using the potty a fun experience. The ONLY downside as some others have mentioned is the flow pressure could be stronger...like I said, I'm used to a very strong flow from the older bidet and this one does feel like it could be stronger, even on the highest setting. It still does a great job, and overall my backside has never felt cleaner, but if there's one thing that could be improved it would be the flow pressure for those situations where you really want to clean things out. Still, highly recommended and I would purchase from Inus again. ... show more

There is no instruction book just a single laminated sheet. The instal instructions are vague and in very small print. The unit itself works as expected. No frills or many options, just simple to use. Not too hard to instal even without much help.

I love the bidet seat over all. It works great. Mayne I’m just not super familiar with the remote but sometimes when I go to touch the mode it doesn’t do anything. Maybe my fingers are dry?? Also when you hit done- I noticed the water heater light will come on and sometimes I have a harder time turning it off. I have to keep touching it. Idk what I’m doing wrong. Maybe it’s a little glitch but over all I’m very happy with it. ... show more

This bidet is like the best thing I've bought all year and the year before. Been using for a few weeks, we have the remote control which is nice until you put it in your purse and take out with you....won't do that again. The temperature control is good, the pressure I think is perfect unlike our last bidet that was like a laser cutter. Cleaning is very easy. Haven't had any issues other than it is starting to wiggle, I think retightening every couple of weeks is probably best. The whole bidet setup is much bigger than I am use to and when the lid opens and shuts it does hit the tank a bit but nothing that would keep us from returning it. Well worth the price. ... show more

I have had the same Toto washlet for 19 years (since they first arrived in the US from Japan) and I think that speaks for Toto. The washlet still operates but has started leaking hinge fluid which is not repairable. My replacement is the Korean made Inus R32 ( - maybe another company name may have been more apropo for the US market), which has taken washlet science to a much higher place. After years of use one learns what is a gimmick and what actually is useful. Dryers (who has the time), oscillators are silly but nightlights and deodorizers (that sadly, the R32 doesn't have) are very useful. The nozzle design is much improved over my earlier washlet and most important it is affordable. The venerable Toto was nearly $700. I only hope the R32 lasts as long. This is a superior product, and the functions are very well thought out except (my only complaint), for lack of lighting for the remote. With the bowl nightlight you can find the toilet but you can't see the buttons. Installation is very simple but you need electricity to run it, so that can be a challenge. I installed this when I remodeled my bathroom. I love it! It was easy to install. It has features that are usually found on models twice as expensive. I worked great. However after less than a year the water stopped. Buttons work, nozzle moves, seat is warm, but no water. Despite the lies in the description ("Responsive Customer Service") their customer service is non-existent. The e-mail address in the manual is broken and all messages bounce. They don't answer their phone and don't return messages. They claim a 2 year warranty, but that is meaningless if you cannot contact them to honor it. Maybe I just got a lemon. Giving it 3 stars because I liked it a lot. If only they had some minimal amount of customer service to back it up I would have given it at least 4. If they had resolved the issue in a reasonable time I would have given 5, after all failures happen. Update: Upped to 4 stars because I finally did get warranty replacement. They don't answer the phone or listen to messages, but apparently call back numbers that come in. If your number is blocked you're SOL. When you get the return phone call you get the correct website (www.theinushome.com) where you can submit a claim. ... show more
