Where do I even begin this review! First this is my first review ever and it needed it. So in August I purchased a dtf printer from hvtront and let me tell you nothing but issues and customer service is absolutely ridiculous you paid $3000 for a machine and have to wait days for email back. I got aggravated and I went to Amazon bc that’s my go to place anyways I researched and kept reading reviews. I stumbled across this machine! I was skeptical you know just getting burned on other machine. I took the leap bc everyone said customer service was wonderful and even if the machine bad customer service means everything! So I purchased it. Once it arrived we start putting it together and I reached out to customer service. Absolutely within minutes I got response and we got videos pictures and walked us through it all. Even today I asked questions about gang sheet and they answered immediately! I would recommend this machine to anyone the prints have been absolutely fabulous and the colors are bright! If you’re looking for one take the leap and do it! Best part color is pink ladies!!

We have the best experience, the machine had a very explanatory instructions, step by step , after we follow the instructions, I contact the technician to help me with the system send me videos and pictures everything was very smooth , they help me until I finally get it I ask questions and they quickly respond ,they didn’t leave me until I finish my 1st order . This is how awesome they are 10/10 thank you so very much , highly recommended! They machine is amazing in 10 min was done 6 different sizes of prints ,and all from start to finish 12 shirt in less that 30 min , this is how fast this machine works.
