Bought this for a trip where I was staying at an airbnb. 5 days before my trip I inflated it so the material can stretch as indicated in the instructions. You wouldn’t want to get it out of the box and use it right away as it will appear as if it’s deflating but the material is just stretching. Anyways, the day of my trip I inflated it. It took about 3 mins to inflate. It felt firm and comfortable to me. It fit perfectly in the room. I liked the pillow aspect of it. 3 individuals took naps on the air mattress and only had to inflate it 2xs throughout 7 days. This bed was very easy to inflate and deflate. My only con is that the mechanism to inflate and deflate sometimes glitches. It’s almost as if I have to push down and turn for it to work. A few times I just turned it and it didn’t do anything. But I mean if you just wiggle it a bit - and turn in a certain way - it works great. I’d definitely repurchase if I ever needed or if they fix the turning knob.

This air mattress inflates in less than a minute ONLY if you use the electric pump provided. Otherwise it takes forever to inflate. Once inflated, it only loses a little bit of air. the deflate feature works really well too.

I originally purchased this air mat because my sister was in town with my nephew (3 months) and he would NOT sleep in the pack and play. The air mattress I had was was several feet off the floor and my nephew had just learned to roll over. This is the perfect size for him (and my sister) to share! I also loved the distinct rolls in the mattress as he could snuggle into a little nook and have support in the front and back! Holds air all night and only deflated the smallest amount.

It's big, soft, holds air extremely well, and SO comfy! It inflates in like, 7 seconds with the pump thing! I would definitely buy again when in need of a new air mattress. Unfortunately though if you're clumsy and accidentally poke a hole in it, it will not get better. My friend dropped scissors on it and no matter what we used to patch the tiny tiny hole, air still escaped because of the velvety fur material on top of the bed. I'm sure if you got a hole on the plasticy side you could patch that up easily, but you're done if you get a hole on the velvety side. We tried the patch it came with, duct tape, glue, all 3 at once, it still leaked and we'd be on the floor after an hour. Anyways! If you're NOT clumsy this bed is amazing! It's comfy, big, and stays inflated if there's no hole! Great bed, will buy again.
