The best air mattress by far. The 22 inch height is perfect and it holds air for extended periods of time. Like sleeping on a mattress.

  • Nice bed!
Style: Queen (600 Lbs) Pattern Name: Elevated (22")
I decided on this one when I saw the top was level like a regular mattress. My previous ones all had the built up side supports. Always felt like I was rolling into the middle, sort of like sleeping in a canoe. Really bugged me and being a light sleeper it wasn’t a good fit for me. I added a 2 1/2” thick foam topper and a soft padded mattress cover to this one and it is wonderful. The topper cushions the body while the bed provides firm support, like a traditional quality mattress. I use king sheets and they stay down well. I sleep on this bed most nights. I’m 120lbs. Have had no issues with it, no leaks or shifting around (its on carpet). Very happy with my purchase! ... show more

  • Good sleep!
Style: Queen (600 Lbs) Pattern Name: Elevated (18")
This review is almost 6 years in the making. I purchased the Intex Comfort Dura-Beam Airbed Internal Electric Pump Bed Height Elevated (2020 Model) in 2019. It held up strong through 4 moves, out of town visitors, and a stretch of nightly use. It now has a slow leak that I cannot find, so it may have had its last comfortable sleep. I would definitely purchase this item again!!! Set up and inflation were always easy, comes in a storage bag. ... show more

  • Great sleep for an air mattress
Style: King (600 Lbs) Pattern Name: Elevated (18")
I’m pleasantly surprised with the quality! It does not deflate and even it’s not a mattress it does not feel so far from sleeping in one. We only had it for 2 weeks, and the king size is comfortably accommodating 2 adults and 2 40lb kids which decide to come to bed at 5am. Definitely recommended

  • twin is very dissapointing - queen is probably good but read on...
Style: Twin (300 Lbs) Pattern Name: Elevated (18")
my air bed saga... I first slept on an airbed at a friends house. it was amazingly comfortable, like floating on clouds. so ever since then I have been wanting an airbed. then the day came when I needed a new bed. I bought a colman twin airbed with built in pump. it was everything I hoped it would be, totally comfortable. I don't recall there being any issues with stability. but then one day it sprung a leak. I tried patching it, which was an adventure in frustration. not only did the patches start leaking, but the bed also kept springing new leaks in other locations. I wasn't keeping track of how long I'd had the bed before it started leaking, but I'm pretty sure it was less than a year. I couldn't find the receipt so the warranty was not possible. I have always respected colman as a quality brand, but this experience was so upsetting that it caused me to have serious doubts about colman. my next airbed was an intex queen. once again I was happy as a clam, floating on clouds. it was totally comfortable. I had really wanted another twin, but the queen was on sale for less than the price of a twin, so I shoehorned it into my rather small bedroom. after about 6 months of daily use, the queen bed sprung a leak... arrrrggghhh. I tried a lot of different things, I still do not have a successful method for patching an airbed. the patches (nearly) always start leaking after a short amount of time. well that is not totally true, of the 3 leaks on the airbed I did manage to get 2 of them to stop leaking. but the 3rd leak just refused to be patched. over and over again it would leak, sometimes it developed a new hole right at the edge of the patch. but mostly the glue I was using just was not strong enough or flexible enough or sticky enough to contain the air pressure. so now I have bought airbed number 3, why do I keep trying? it's because when an airbed works, it is far more comfortable than any other mattress that I have ever slept on. (I've never slept on a purple, so who knows?) also an airbed costs a fraction of what those fancy beds cost. so, for airbed number 3. I was trying to find something besides colman and intex, since both of those had leaked on me. but as I hunted and hunted and read review after review after review I found that basically all airbeds end up leaking, it is just a question of how long before it happens.... I was going to buy a different brand, but when I finally went to order it, two things happened. the bed I was going to buy abruptly raised the price by about 20% it was already one of the most expensive airbeds before the increase (dang amazon and it's price volatility) and at about the same time, intex put the twin on sale... so even though the queen had only lasted for 6 months I decided to give intex another chance, especially since I decided that the rough blanket I was using on the mattress could have been a contributing factor. (I find that cold air from the concrete slab floor passes straight through an airbed, so I need to put a blanket between me and the airbed in order to stay warm.) the queen really was too big for my small room so I was happy to replace it with a twin. I got the 18 inch version -- actual measurement is 17 inches. I was looking forward to another comfortable airbed. after all the colman twin had been very comfortable and so had the intex queen. but the intext 18 inch twin airbed is VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. it is unstable. I feel like I am on a small boat, it rocks and tilts. it also tends to bulge a little bit in the center, like a barrel, so that you tend to slide toward the side. I'm guessing the bottom of the mattress has a similar bulge and this explains the rocking motion. trying to return something this big and this heavy is a huge headache, so I am going to keep it. I can endure this problem which is not so bad as to be unlivable. but it certainly is noticeable. even despite this, I still find this airbed to be somewhat more comfortable than a regular mattress. but I certainly do NOT recommend buying the twin airbed. I don't know why it is so different from the colman twin airbed, but it is. maybe for a small child it would work, maybe... but certainly not for an adult. I did pplay around with under inflating the bed a bit in order to reduce the bulge, but then it was too soft. I want to make clear that the bulge is small, but it is enough to be an issue. especially with rocking. so that is my story... I doubt very much that I will ever be buying another airbed from intex even though the queen was great until it started springing leaks. why does every company claim their airbed doesn't leak and yet every airbed has reviews saying that it does? and why don't these companies use a heavier material? I am willing to pay more for a bed that really honestly doesn't leak. why isn't there a proper patch kit, one that actually works? instead consumers are left on their own to try to come up with something that works. using materials that are hard to find. -------- I rely heavily on the reviews that other people have written when making a decision about what to buy. it took a lot of time and effort to write this review, if you found this helpful please give it a like. otherwise if no one finds it useful then why should I spend time writing this and other reviews??? thanks. I paid full price for all of the airbeds mentioned here. I do not have any relationship to any of these companies. ... show more
