Absolutely love this desk. I’m a biology major and needed a desk for school. Although the instructions are slightly confusing, the overall process isn’t too bad. The heaviest part is the glass top which I needed help with, it was also one of the hardest parts to put on because you have to align all four bolts in the small holes of the frame. The only complaint I have is the shipment. The box it came in didn’t have handles so it was rather difficult carrying upstairs; aside from that everything is great. Great product! All metal and glass! I suspect I have built more furniture than most people, and I actually find it fun, so it’s not really fair for me to comment on easy of assembly. Due to the fact this is entirely metal and glass, it is certainly heavier than your typical pressed board equivalent. They forgot to punch a hole in one sheet of metal. I hate that, but it initially makes you question if you assembled wrong, but I can assure you I didn’t. Luckily it was just in one of the side or back pieces of the file drawer enclosure and didn’t affect final assembly or integrity. I wanted to let others know about that to save them the frustration as I suspect many were manufactured with this error. Overall, this desk is DEFINITELY worth the money! Super simple and sleek design and very nice glass top! 5 stars for value!! ... show more

    • Difficult assembly and bright lights
I saw someone say it took them 30 minutes to assemble and I have no idea how they managed that. It took me about 6 hours to assemble. It is very nice though and looks lovely. The mirror light is very good but the blue indicator light on the mirror is extremely bright so if you’re putting this in your room make sure you have something to cover the light with otherwise it’ll keep you awake. There’s also a really bright indicator light on the power supply box that I ended up having to cover as well. The stool is very small and not very sturdy. All in all it’s a good vanity and looks wonderful you just need to consider getting a different stool and covering the indicator lights. ... show more

Purchased this desk to go into my new "Work From Home" office. The quality is very good. There is a good amount of assembly to this desk as EVERYTHING needs to be assembled, including the drawers and drawer cabinet. Since I enjoy putting things together, I found it not difficult at all. There are a few things to keep in mind however. First. You MUST have someone helping you when installing the file cabinet to the desk. They need to hold the cabinet in place as you secure the mounting screws. Second. You will also need someone to assist you when you place the drawers into the cabinet. Lining up the tabs that secure the drawers to the drawer rollers will require two people. Third. you must ensure all screw hole are aligned before tightening the screws. It is recommended that all screws and bolts are tightened down after the desk is fully assembled. This will allow for small adjustments to be made and to ensure the desk is assembled correctly. I'll say I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend this to anyone needing a desk of this size. Again, keep in mind that there is a fair amount of assembly to be completed once you receive it, but it's well worth the effort. ... show more

    • Cheap, missing parts and poor instructions

You will pay a lot for shipping and it won't even ship on time. Also note, it comes in two boxes that arrived several days apart for me. Then it gets worse. The material is super cheap. If this lasts 6 months I'll be amazed. Even during assembly the white veneer will start coming apart anytime you put a screw in. The doors are adjustable and I got them looking good. The drawers are not adjustable and will look all crooked. If you do buy this you'll need some parts that aren't supplied. I was short one part A. My local Ace had them. Also, you'll want to replace the washer in step 40 as it is razor sharp and will cut your little one. Step 32 is incorrect. The upper F screws need to go one more hole up than reflected in the picture. Step 35 is also incorrect. Flip piece 44, 180 degrees around or the cardboard bottom piece won't fit. You'll see what I mean when you assemble it. There is a notch in 44 that will face the wrong way If you can, avoid this. ... show more

    • Easy to assemble, elegant
I was able to assemble it by myself, with the aid of some pillows to hold the cabinet as you screw it up with the table brackets. The bottom drawer though is a little not aligned, when closed, the top left edge is scraping the side. Nothing I can do to fix it, it could be the alignment of the pre-holed areas.
