I really like the cabinet, but did not notice the dents until it was all unwrapped and we began to put it together. The dents did not interfere with the assemble but still are noticeable since two are on each side facing the front. The package was well insulated and the box was not damaged. One can only conclude that the dents occurred at the factory or while it was being packaged. Not worth sending it back. We did need a hammer to try and straighten out the dents so that one of the shelves would go in properly.

The depth of the cabinet is perfect for the side of our garage. Quality is decent. It came with a dent on the corner from shipping but doesn’t affect function. Perfect for extra storage space in the garage that is hidden.

I purchased two of these cabinets in the 72"H x 36"W x 18"D size to store my bulk paper goods and cleaning supplies in. I hate clutter, and because of a lack of storage space in my house, I had to put our bulk items in a corner of the family room. These cabinets are perfect for my needs, and I am very happy with my purchase. My home looks so much more neat and organized now. The shelf height is easily adjustable, and once assembled, the cabinets are lightweight and easy to move. One shelf can store 18 rolls of paper towels or 63 large rolls of toilet paper. The cabinets are made of very thin metal, and even though they were packaged well to ship, there were a couple areas that were slightly bent, but were easily returned to the proper shape. The first cabinet took us a little over an hour to assemble, and the second only took about 45 minutes since we knew how they went together by that point. I should note that I have a lot of experience assembling furniture and other items, so it may not be quite as easy for some people. It does take two people to assemble though, since the pieces are very large. We did not have any problems with pieces/doors not lining up. Even though I feel the cabinets were packaged well for shipping, I do wish the seller could find a way to package them using less styrofoam. There is a LOT of styrofoam, and it is going to take us a few weeks to get rid of it all because of limited space in our trash bin. Plus, I don't like the idea of all that styrofoam going to a landfill.

I ordered this particular model because it had the largest dimensions compared to other models, a full 36" wide and 18" deep. It came in two packages. The assembly was not two bad although there were no words and it is was difficult to figure out where some of the screw went. You need plenty of room to lay it out and assemble it because it is very flimsy until you get the top and bottom on. One of the side panels had a slight kink in it but you could not tell that until you got it completely unpackaged. the boxes showed no damage. I decided to straighten it the best I could and just use it. When I purchased mine they had a $70 off coupon which was like 23% off. This made it a very good value for the money.

The directions were printed so small that you could not easily put it together and I am mechanically inclined. The seller is attempting to ship it safely with correct packaging. Ours had a small dent but did not affect the quality of the cabinet. It is serving our purpose to store things on the shelves as long as the object is not too heavy.
