How many dog toys have you bought that just laid on the floor unused?

New husky has more energy than an entire pre-school - even being walked more than three miles a day wasn’t sufficient to drain her excess energy. I threw the dice on this - and it’s AWESOME. Comes with an extra rope and an extra side piece. Rechargeable with a USB-C cable. When you turn it on, the blue LEDs flash, the entire device buzzes, bounces, and races back and forth across the floor. After a couple of days of uncertainty, my new husky LOVES this. She chases it around, grabs it by the attached rope and carries it from room to room. After a short bit of activity, the toy goes into ‘sleep’ mode, until either the dog touches it again or a timer has elapsed, and then it fires up and starts buzzing and racing around the floor again. From a full charge, the toy will keep your dog entertained all day. Bright orange color makes it much easier to find when it’s rolled behind the toilet (as it did this afternoon). Sturdy. Highly resistant to chew damage. If this one wears out or breaks, I’ll absolutely get another one.

Puts the FUN in Functional!

We received this 3 days ago. I have an 11 month old Shih tzu, who is extremely playful and needy for attention. The first day we got this toy, he liked it until I turned it in. Holy terror, he took off running and hid for the next hour. He was so scared of it, I thought—well I’ve wasted 20 bucks and scarred my puppy for life. But-day 2, i left it off and laying around. His curiosity kept him coming back. He would growl and bark at it, but still keeping a distance. Day 3-i could keep it off and play with him with it. After a few hours of that where I would throw it and he would fetch it or we would play tug of war, he was enthralled with it. That’s when I decided to turn it on—slow mode. He immediately began chasing and playing with it. After several hours of that, we went high speed. It’s now his favorite toy. So it takes warming up to for sure but he LOVES it. Product review- seems to be pretty durable. I have thrown it to play catch with no issues. It has modes of going forward, backward, and a shaking sensation, all designed to keep the dog interested. My puppy is a chewer -has literally destroyed all the wood on my furniture-and it’s held up well to him chewing on it. Not even a dent in the plastic—even though it’s still early. I love that it has 2 modes (blue is fast, red is slow). I recommend gradually introducing the automation piece in stages as I did above. I love that it’s rechargeable. But my favorite thing—it goes dormant when not being played with (saves battery) but can register movement around it. So it will do nothing and then my pup comes over and it starts running, which gets my pup excited to play with it all over again. This has been the gift that keeps on giving. We finally get some peace—cause we taught our puppy to use communication buttons and “play” is a huge one that is used in our home. This satisfies his needs and gives us time off. For now, it’s totally worth the purchase!

Cool toy. Fun for all
A cool toy. entertainment for the dogs but more so for the dog parents to watch the dogs reaction. Comes with an additional rope just in case, which I loved. Only side note I would say is that the fast mood could be a little faster. My Golden retriever figured out the speed in less than 24 hours and now picks up the toy to try to chew it up, instead of chasing. With him attempting to chew on the toy in the small time I give him, there are no teeth marks yet…this toy appears to be durable. We play in short increments but enjoy the toy.

OUR DOGS FAVORITE TOY BUT BEWARE IF YOUR DOG IS A POWER CHEWER

This automatic rolling ball has hands-down become one of our dog's absolute favorite toys in the house. If you are looking for a device that provides genuine mental stimulation and consistent exercise, this one does an incredible job of keeping a pet focused and engaged. FANTASTIC ENGAGEMENT AND PLAY TIME The random path movement of the ball is perfect for burning off extra energy. Our dog was completely obsessed with it right out of the box. He spent hours happily chasing it across the floor and tossing it around the room. As an entertainment tool to cure dog boredom, it completely hits the mark. DURABILITY LIMITATIONS AGAINST HEAVY CHEWING The only unfortunate issue we have run into is the long-term durability against focused chewing. While the toy held up great to being thrown and chased, our dog eventually transitioned from running after it to laying down and aggressively chewing on it. We have actually gone through two of these toys now, and both times he managed to bite at the exact spot where the power button is located, which ended up damaging the internal switch mechanism. The outer casing handles standard play beautifully, but it isn't quite armored enough to withstand sustained, heavy chewing right on the controls. PROS -Instantly becomes a dog's favorite toy and keeps them highly engaged. -Excellent random rolling movement that triggers a dog's natural chase instincts. -Great way to tire out a high-energy pup when you are busy around the house. CONS -The power button area is vulnerable to damage if you have a dog that likes to lay down and forcefully chew on their toys. FINAL VERDICT Overall, this is an amazing interactive toy that your dog will likely love. However, if you have a strong chewer, I highly recommend supervising their play time. Let them chase and fetch it, but pick the ball up once they sit down to try and chew it apart!

It’s a wonderful toy, but start off on slow speed till dog gets used to it.

I presented the toy on the first speed which is fast, and my puppy cried and ran away. I turned it to slow and sat on the floor with it and the puppy ventured close and began to tentatively play with it. By the next day, she carried it with her everywhere by the rope. On slower speed, the charge lasts for most of the day, though charging it to full charge only takes an hour. It turns off when not in use, but as soon as it’s moved, will start to roll again. My dog is an “only” dog and this provides her with hours of fun every day, and I plan to turn it on fast speed to keep her interest if needed. The toy is made to last and comes with an additional cap and rope. , but is not meant to play in water as it has a lithium battery

Buy 2 at a time for a fun experience

What’s better than 1 toy? Answer: 2 toys! I love using two at a time. More stimulation and fun! We use these to get all the energy out before nap time. They keep him occupied and running in two different directions. The rope part of the toy is the perfect size for him to grab onto. It came with a replacement for a wheel and rope and haven’t had to replace it yet. Toy has held up with daily play and still works perfectly.

Fun toy, but not durable for large heavy chewers

I bought this for my 80+ pound Goldendoodle, and he absolutely loved it at first. He barked at it, chased it, and it gave him some great exercise and stimulation. It definitely kept his attention and was fun to watch him play with it. Unfortunately, once he was able to get it in his mouth, he chewed the orange end off fairly quickly. The company does include an extra replacement piece, which is actually a great idea and appreciated. However, he ended up chewing that one up too after a few more play sessions. This toy worked well for short-term play and entertainment, but it’s not durable enough for large dogs with strong chewing habits. I think this would be much better suited for small to medium dogs. Great concept, but I would not repurchase for a heavy chewer. Picture of my dog for size reference!! 🫶🐶

Puppy interactive toy

It’s a great toy as it keeps my 5 month old puppy very entertained! It is pretty hardy and made of good material as she tries to throw it around and chew it. She does swing it around and the hard part will hit her. She doesn’t seem bothered by it tho lol good size and minimum noise When I first introduced her to it she was a little scared but now she gets excited to play with it once it finishes charging.
