Purchased this for my 6 GPU mining rig. You don’t need a strong CPU for your rig. This works fine. Windows installed just fine, computer launches quick, and opening and downloading are fast as well. Running my mining software with no issues.

It say is LGA1151, I bought it for a motherboard that say support LGA1151 and this CPU never work, I broke my head trying to figure out what what the problem till I tried a different CPU and then everything worked perfect, it also doesn't specify what generation it is
