So far so good here. Was on sale for a great price so we pulled the trigger on it. Had it in house for almost a week now and for a 55" QLED TV that was scored for under $300, it most definitely performs like it's $400+ non sale price. Of course, most people I'm sure would voice displeasure with it's stock speakers but let's be honest and use some common sense. You don't buy a 55" or bigger TV and NOT use an external sound system for it. TV's with these specifications and size are made for picture presentation not sound quality. Besides, it's unrealistic to expect a flat screen TV to produce Dolby quality sound. In terms of presentation, we couldn't be happier with it. Others too might complain that you can't just set the picture quality and be done with it for every movie, TV show, or sporting event out there. That's also unrealistic. Like a new car, it's got features; so get your $$'s worth and GET TO KNOW THEM so you can enjoy things as they're meant to be enjoyed. Ghostbusters 1984 even in 4k, isn't going to present as well as Afterlife under the same picture quality settings that you'd watch Afterlife under. So if you can't put forth the effort to get to know your TV better because you're of a one and done mindset, then you've got no right to be complaining.

I just got the TV today but, WOW! I am impressed with the beautiful picture. I wish I had bought it sooner. I got the Insignia (Best Buy's store brand) QLED 65" tv. The colors pop and the picture is viewable from wide angles to the side. I really don't think you can get a nicer TV for the money. The picture is noticeably superior to a regular LED tv. I also love the voice controlled remote.

Arrived quickly and no apparent damage. Now the bad. TV had no sound and the over the air channels would come in for a few seconds and the screen would go black. I do not know if there was anything else wrong with the unit because I packed it back up and went thru the hassle of returning it. Transporting a 75 inch TV without a truck is difficult. Another thing, when the delivery truck arrived it was laying flat. Did it fall over? I'm willing to bet it did. I now have a bad opinion about Insignia.

I recently upgraded to this new 65" QLED TV, and wow—what a difference! I was coming from a 10-year-old 50" LED, and the jump in both picture quality and overall experience is unreal. The colors are incredibly vibrant, the contrast is deep and sharp, and the brightness levels make everything pop, even in a sunlit room. Streaming content in 4K looks stunning, and the smart features are fast and intuitive—no lag, no fuss. It honestly feels like I've stepped into the future of home entertainment.
