I'm an avid recycler so I didn't buy a new smart fire TV until my old 14 year TV died just recently. I've used the newer technology at other people's homes so knew exactly how they work and I'm very happy with this Insignia choice. They offered the 32" which was just what I needed. So far everything is perfect and it works fine. Setup was quite easy and the screen picture is beautiful. Do I miss my old TV? Yes I do. It had better sound (not tinny) and the controls were easy to navigate but I am learning that only one remote is better than needing two. I did hook up my antenna for local stations just for good measure and that was also a snap. Highly recommended for low price and good workmanship. ... show more

The stand the TV comes with is sketchy at best and is not very supportive. However, the overall quality of the TV is good. Mine had an issue for a while where every time I used it there would be a moment it would glitch out and get stuck. Sort of like a record stuck, and then it would turn itself off, restart, and work fine. They would not replace it as I got it on sale and would only refund my money, so I kept it. It has stopped doing that for now, but if it totally fails I will update this review. The picture quality is decent though the sound leaves something to be desired. I bought the INSIGNIA 24” Class F20 Series LED HD Smart Fire TV, In July for my workspace. I use it occasionally, so this week went to use it and now the INSIGNIA 24” Smart Fire TV will only get Prime Video. Netflix seems to be disabled and Youtube is also not working. I get screens with previews of really odd channels and at the bottom of the screen it now says "SAFE MODE ". I have tired everything I know to turn Safe Mode off but it is now on. all the time. I have an old ROKU stick I can plug into it and it works great but not a good solution at all. I guess it is a Prime Video Fire TV only which is exactly what it is advertizes as. Great little TV! We paired this with a rolling stand for my sons room so he could enjoy his Wii, switch, switch 2, and other gaming systems on it. He also uses Netflix, and prime video often, so for this price it was a no brainer for sure! Quality is amazing for the price, and the size is perfect for his smaller room. All his gaming systems work with it through the RCA and HDMI ports without a problem. Easy setup once all the downloads are finished, and it even has built in Wi-Fi so A+++ Sounds good enough for his gaming uses, remotes simple to use, and the screen response if fine for basic usage like his. I have to say I’m very happy with my new smart tv. The colors are so vibrant! Easy to set up andddd it came with batteries 😩 for the remote! The sound is really nice too. Package wasn’t damaged during the transit thank the lord 🙌🏽! Everything seemed fine at first but 2 days later and a few more times after that this green screen pops up and the sound is unbearable. Great TV. The first one crashed a lot. Then my cat destroyed it with gravity. So I got a second one. It does not crash. Possibly because I put it in basic mode and not the full feature mode. I am keeping my cat away from this one.

The tv itself is really good, sound is great, the picture quality is really good, the setup was really easy and fast. I’ve only had it for a few days, usually I don’t write reviews but this was really annoying, the remote wasn’t working. I thought it was the batteries so I changed them, I unplugged the tv, but the remote wouldn’t work. Luckily it’s not my first fire tv since I had broke my old one so I had the remote, but the remote that came with the tv just quit working, and the batteries would not stay in without the case, jsut popped out instantly.
