We ordered this cordless vacuum in August 2023. It began to start slowing down towards Sept1st. It completely quit moving at all by Sept 20th, so we had it a little over a month and it stopped working. I will say this when it did work at 100% it was GREAT! So needless to say we were pretty upset when it stopped a little over a month later. I called there customer service number and they asked me to reset the wheels and if that didn’t work to take a video of what it was doing. I reset it, didn’t fix the issue and recorded what it was doing. I emailed them back with the video and got a response within 24 hours telling me next steps, which were very simple. I did those to rule out some other issues emailed back and again another response within 24 hrs that they were shipping me a new one because of the one year warranty. I really should’ve read the reviews more before I purchase this item. It was a great price point compared to the other vacuums. The problem with it is it works for a short period of time no matter how long you charge it I threw the box out and now I can’t return it. Terrible product . I wouldn’t buy it if I was you, great concept and easy to use that’s about the only thing good about the product. It lasts way less than an hour in the pool and then you have to charge it again. Received my vacuum yesterday around 8pm, charged overnight and this morning it worked for 20 minutes then it stopped. I pulled out and pressed the on button again and lowered into water, and after 3 minutes it stopped working again. I will charge once again and put in the pull to see what it does on second time. I did like how quick it would move when it was cleaning but disappointing that it's stops. ... show more

I've tried this for almost two weeks. I just can't find a way to like it. I have an above ground 15' round pool. It constantly gets stuck when it gets to the side. It bumps the side backs up 6" and goes forward and bumps the side, over and over. I have " babysat" it and moved it every time it gets to the side, unless I spin it, it goes right back and hits the side. It does not give clear instructuons on the best setting for a round pool so I have tried them all a few times, no improvement in not getting stuck. On top of which it takes over 12 hours to charge!! I run it in the morning and plug it in around 10 am. It is still charging afterwork and well past 10 pm. ... show more

This product just didn't work the way I wanted it to and then the charger stopped working after a few uses and didn't work at all. Ultimately I returned it.

Will barely move. Kept stopping and did nothing, even though it was fully charged. This a waste of money and time! I will be returning!!
