I’ve taken it about 4 times now, and I’ve drawn my conclusion about it so far. 1. There’s a nice color to it, the flavor is incredible. One of the better pre-workout taste out there, and it mixes nicely. 2. The pump is unlike nothing I’ve had, and comparable to when I was on TRT. The caffeine is enough to make you feel it, but not noticeable enough during workout sessions. Do not take this stuff if you do not plan on doing anything physical with it. 3. Do not take this stuff on an empty stomach unless you want to vomit. Take this stuff 15 minutes before a work out, because the crash is waiting for you and faster than you expect it. The only downside of this product is the nausea from the crash about 1-2 hours post workout. Otherwise it would be a solid 5 stars. ... show more

I love this pre-workout. It used to be my favorite. Until I read the ingredients thoroughly. I noticed it has: disadvantages of red dye, 40 include bladder cancer, mild, allergic reactions, adrenal glands and kidney issues, thyroid tumors, and brain tumor in mice that have been found. So, I regularly have to rotate pre workouts because the either: A - do not work or B - Stop working after a few weeks of using them. This comes with years of doing pre workouts and a lot of the guys and gals who workout a lot will understand. Many pre workouts start out great and then come out with the "new and improved formula" aka we had to make it weaker for some unknown reason. Hyde, C4, Nitro, etc... all had formula changes from stuff that works to powder with flavoring. Now, let me start off by saying this pre workout is STRONG. Meaning, if you are not used to pre workouts DO NOT take a full scoop, take a half. For those of us who are, hold on tight cause if your gym is not 10 minutes away, your skin is going to be crawling. It mixes in good with a normal shaker with good flavor, though it gets pretty foamy. But, you absolutely the most bang for your buck. And boy will this stuff last if you do not go all out on your workouts. My workouts have gone from 1 hour to 1.5. All in all. 10 out of 10.
