I honestly don't know if they changed something, or if I've become accustomed to pre-workout formulas in general, but I remember it doing more to my drive and focus. There is still a marked affect, but I wonder if I'll go with something else next time. Flavor is great though!

I really like c4 preworkout its a stable in my fitness journey, I like the fact that they use carnosyn-beta alanine in comparison to most brands. Carnosyn is higher quality beta that in my opinion lasts longer duration and also has a better quality to it as well.

This drink is quite good and does provide the burst of energy you need to do a heavy workout. The powder dissolves as well as most of these powders do as in there maybe some left over on the sides of your bottle but unlike some that I have bought it isn’t gritty while drinking it.
