The materials used and quality of construction are good. Dimensions.... it's a too big for a 14-in laptop. I've got a Dell Inspiron 5430 14-in and this sleeve does not provide a secure fit. The plastic corner strips/tabs intended to be secured to the lid of the laptop are too high up, rendering them useless. The lower elastic corner strips engage, but if you close/zip the sleeve the laptop is able to slide up out of the strips and moves about freely. It is not a snug/secure fit.

My son needed a cover for his Chromebook for school. They got all brand new ones this year. But they didn’t provide a cover. I like this because it’s super soft. Just the right fit. Seems to hold in place well. I had to buy a keyboard protector separately and it has not arrived yet. Shipping for this was super fast, next day. Only thing is, since it’s black it will attract a lot of hair and lint. But I like it and my son likes it. Will serve its purpose. Not bad for the cost either!

My computer HP ENVY 15M-EDXXX is more than just poorly supported with accessories (like a hard case protector). A laptop should be portable and able to take a bit of abuse and/or accident. I like this laptop, although I miss my Surface Pro 6 I really miss that my 3 Surface tablets (they never lasted more than 18 months) and that I don't miss. That said, at least Microsoft supports their product! I was looking forward to this being a solution to leaving a 'skin' on my laptop all the time as you wouldn't need to take this off. I ordered the correct size. Once I got it and put my laptop in it. I measured the case. It is literally 2" too wide and 1" too long (depth). I could sew it better....but why the hell should I? The case is extremely thin and floppy. I'm of the opinion, a case should fit like a condom. No accidents. I'd get pregnant with this thing! They don't even want me to return the case, they just refunded my money. That should say everything about the case and their faith in their own product...they don't have any.
