They look nice but fit smaller than usual NBs. So I would advise anyone who wants this model to get a larger size. I am between 8 and 8.5. Ordered 8. Way too small. Changed for the 8.5. Still a bit small. Returned. I was wondering if these were legit NBs but my husband bought this same model at the NB store and he had to go one size up. Customer service was efficient. I like new balance and have had them before. The only thing I don't like is that I always have to buy different inserts. The inserts that come with them are badly made and have no support. I always end up paying $30 for better inserts to stabilize my heel and give me a little arch support. Anyone who purchases them needs to figure in that additional cost. ... show more
