I want to use this for boxvr, mostly working on upper body. Before ordering the product, I was concerning about the choices between 125, 225, or 300lbs because the description of this product didn't explain well. I went with 300lbs. There are 5 resistant bands, 2 bands 8 inches and 3 bands 10 inches. If 8 inches was strong for me, I switched to the 10 inches, which is lighter for my arms. I wish the company sell the band separately in case I want to buy lighter 8 inches band. I also figured out that the ankel strap should be weared from the back of your foot. This is a great resistance bands for workout with Oculus Quest, and it is very durable. After few weeks of using the 300lbs, I recommend about the 250 lbs for average users. These are some solid construction training bands! I'm not into the MMA scene but I will encourage anyone to buy these resistance bands to get in a good workout. The only caveat seems to be the lack of a set-up manual; I ended up setting it up myself through the pictures Innstar posts on its Amazon item page. I can see this training equipment complementing a boxing set-up. If you're just starting out, I recommend getting either the blue or green set as the yellow set I purchased can withstand some serious tension. ... show more

I ordered the 300 lb particularly for working the legs, the waist band is too big maybe for someone 250lbs or more. The wrist bands are way too small for regular wrists. The foot bands are just right for someone who's legs aren't built yet like mine but for a bodybuilder or MMA this wont do, too small. Great concept but needs tweaking on the waist band, "one size does not fit all." You makers need to specify waist size and wrist size. I'll keep this short and sweet, this has kickstarted my boxing workouts to a power level greater than 9,000! For experienced lifters/fighters I recommend the 300lb set. I owned this product and put so much work and hours into it from late March to yesterday (August 6th) when the right band snapped during my workout. For the record I do not regret purchasing this item because of this issue. It has (had) durable material and a good resistance to it and guaranteed to make you sore the next day after using it for 30 minutes. It made cardio fun to do, if I did not want to run on my elliptical machine. Also made my punches, kicks, knees, faster and was fun while it lasted. I purchased both 175/300 Ibs. Absolutely great for MMA training and any type of Cross Fit training. I am 5-9 and resistance bands fit pretty good and durable. This training set will give you one heck of a work out.
