Easy set up. Has a video tutorial along with manual! You can also call and set up an appt for them to walk you through it step by step! I've been on the phone with them twice bc I needed assistance. Each time they seemed very happy to help and walk me through my issue! Print quality is also phenomenal! Edit to add....ok I've had the printer about 7 weeks now. I've had issues with it running slow and customer service hasn't been much help. They were on it for about 3 weeks responding almost immediately. Now it takes days. And I've asked to upgrade evwn before my 30 day warranty was up and never got responded to. Printer will not print but one image and then won't print an other. Has to be turned off then back on to print again...and sometimes it won't even print after that..so I have to turn it off for an hour and try printing again. I'd pass and get a better quality printer... ... show more

    • Simple instructions for setup and good customer service however it doesn’t print right

The setup was super easy and had step by step instructions. I couldn’t get it to print and did the WhatsApp and they assisted me immediately. I then had trouble with smudges and they spent hours helping me figure out what it was. Ended up being a small plastic piece under the cartridge

I am using this printer for home DTF printing. This is my first DTF printer, but I feel like I should get more than 1-12"x20" print before the printhead overheats and has to stop for an hour to cool it's self before it resumes printing. The white ink is hit and miss. I have to do a lot of head cleanings before the white prints properly, if it prints at all. Typically, the white doesn't print at the beginning of a print, so you have to cancel the job, do a cleaning, then restart the job and hope for the best. However, the prints I do manage to get off it are beautiful. It's just a lot of aggravation to get to that point. The company will not take it back once you've put ink in it. The media could not be loaded. Have only printed one thing but after spending 11 hours trying to set this machine up I finally went to their website and asked for help ….twice haha. Both times were amazing. I was helped to get all my printer drivers set up and at the end of the day I went to print and … nothing. So I spent my 12 th hour asking for help again and in no time at all I was all set up and printing!!! Printer is beautiful and prints great. They will get all my DTF buisness! I purchased this printer and it arrived 12/11/24. Unboxed and setup the same day. First issue was it not printing at all. Contacted tech support and boy were they no help! Fiona kept asking for a video of it printing even though I kept telling her it does not print, doesn't even attempt to print. Yes, I followed the instructions exactly. So I sent her a video of the steps I took to initiate the print and she asked for a video of the actual printer printing. Again, it does not print so I sent her a video of the machine just sitting there. It would take her so long to respond on WhatsApp that I started taking it upon myself to try and figure it out, which I finally got it to print by no help of tech support. However, after each print, the teardrop light would flash red. She requested a video of this. I sent a video of it printing and then the red flashing light. She literally asked me for a video of the red flashing light a couple more times, which I had already sent. The last time I asked how ro fix it, it took her a little over an hour to respond with send her a video!?! Needless to say I called it quits after 4 hours of no help from them and the printer still does not work properly. I would not recommend this printer or company to my worse enemy! ... show more
