  • Works great, even better customer service.
Wanted to say THANKS to Amazon and their vendors. First delivery was stolen by porch pirates. Called Amazon looking for delivery as it said delivered but no where to be found. Call Amazon support and they offered full refund or replacement shipment with different delivery instructions. Thank you Amazon and your vendors. Product works as expected and should do the job intended. Using this for charcuterie drying chamber for fermented meats. ... show more

  • Great customer service!
I bought the humidifier controller for my grow tent where I am growing gourmet mushrooms. It has an outlet (Work1) for the humidifier and one (Work2) for either an exhaust fan or a dehumidifier. However, when the humidity reached the cut off point, the fan wouldn't kick in to lower the humidity, which just kept climbing until it reached the limit (99%) and then the alarm went off. I contacted Inkbird and when I explained the problem—without hesitation—they said they would sent me a new one, which I got today. Good customer service is almost obsolete these days, so I really appreciate Inkbird! Thanks. I hope this one works ok. ... show more

  • The humidity probe is not linier and not accurate. Update; it works great. See below.
You can make it work as long as you want to maintain a very narrow humidity range. For instance, when the humidity is maintained at 50% +/- 5%, you can get the device to read fairly accurately by using the calibration function and adjusting for the difference between actual humidity and the humidity that the probe detects. But when you want to maintain a humidity of 65% +/- 5%, you have to go through the calibration process again because the probe is not linier. It is way off. I will contact the company and update this review later. I've had this device for about a week now and I contacted Amazon for assistance. A day later I received an email from the manufacturer asking for details about the lack of accuracy and linearity. They gave me instructions that allowed me to clear the internal settings and then reload the settings, by pressing the buttons in a special sequence while unplugging the device. It worked wonders and the device is working fine. Great support from the manufacturer and Amazon. ... show more

  • Great product and escpecially at this price point!
I was looking online for for something like this that cost twice as much. When I went to look at the reviews on YouTube, this one came up. The reviewers had been using this for a while and said it is better than the other one I was looking at. I’m glad I went with this one instead.
