  • DampRid Hanging Bag Moisture Absorber attracts and traps excess moisture from the air.

Description

DampRid Hanging Bag Moisture Absorber is the moisture absorber and odor eliminator you need in your closet to prevent moisture from causing costly damage to your clothes and leather goods. Does your storage area or laundry room have a less-than-fresh smell? Place a hanging bag inside and enjoy cleaner, fresher air. Each bag contains moisture absorbing crystals that attract and trap excess moisture, eliminating the musty odors that humid, stagnant air produces. Simply hang in areas where humidity is a problem and watch how the crystals trap the moisture inside the bag. Each bag in this 3-pack lasts up to 60 days depending on temperature and humidity. Ideal for use where excess moisture and musty odors are a problem, such as closets, wardrobes, bathrooms, kitchens, laundry rooms, stored boats or RVs. Keep out of reach of children. Read & follow all label directions.

I use these to get the moisture out of my class A rv . Water will ruin an RV . Has a convenient hangar on the bag . Holds plenty of water . I did have one rupture this winter . With the salts dissolved into the water , it will not soak into wood or clothing . Makes a mess but will not ruin anything it touches. Need to use a cleaner to clean up . ... show more

I keep 6 bags in my basement at all times during the summer. Takes about 2 weeks for the bags to fill but that's a lot of moisture being removed from my basement. Wish they had stronger handles.

These hanging Damp Rids have made a HUGE difference in our downstairs guest bathroom. It is about 10 to 15 degrees cooler downstairs den area and we always noticed it was sorta "damp" feeling. These hanging items/absorbers/whatever they are called...work Great!!! Been using them for several years now and will continue to use them. Great even upstairs in the main bathroom-we didn't notice any problems there with the ceiling fan but it does collect a lot of moisture-no way as fast as the downstairs bath, but still....it collects it. ... show more
