  • This washable area rug is one of my favorites. It has a cashmere-like feel that is soft and cozy, which is just amazing. And I never have to worry about it collecting dust and shedding wool like real wool rugs tend to do. The very thin area rugs I used to buy were hard and kind of cold and uncomfortable to sit on, I tried to give them to my neighbors but they didn't want them so I just threw them away and replaced my entire home with this one now.
  • Another thing I'm really happy with is the non-slip design on the bottom. Because there are a lot of tables, chairs, and other furniture in the living room. So I often worry about the elderly or children at home walking on the floor spread accidentally fall and get hurt, I always tell them over and over again to walk slowly and be careful. Now there is no need to worry anymore because this area rug is really non-slip, which is really important.
  • I work a lot and sometimes even need to work on area rugs while taking care of my kids and a cute dog. So my coffee and milk always get spilled. To avoid these situations, I had to drink water. Now I often enjoy my coffee and milk while working in my living room. This rug can be washed in the washing machine. I wash it once a week and always have a brand new rug, fantastic.
  • This rug has 4 sizes. I use the 8x10 in my living room and it fills my entire living room and expands my activity area. The 6x9 is used in the bedroom and I don't even need slippers to walk around in the bedroom. the 4x6 and 5x7 are in the kids room and den. The best part is they are all in one collection. I furnished the whole house with the same collection and it's what makes a home feel great.
  • They are foldable so I own several patterns that I will adjust and change depending on the season. Folding and storing them doesn't take up much space at all. The rugs will have a little crease when you first take them out, but don't worry about it, leave them there and the crease will slowly disappear.

I received the rug yesterday and my dog tested out the stain-proof feature right away. My dog peed on the rug and it didn't soak through! I was able to easily clean it with paper towels and all purpose cleaner. The rug is beautiful and it is very soft. Just need to add a pad underneath.

I ordered the INGEROOM Washable Area Rug, 2x3 Area Rug for Living Room because I wanted a small throw rug for our front hallway. We live in an old house in NYC with the traditional wide front hall entryway leading to the stairs, with doorways to the right leading to the parlor and dining room. I needed something small by the front door that was thin enough to open the door without it getting caught up in the rug. This was not exactly the rug I expected, but I like it a lot. I was thinking of a throw rug like the other small Persian rugs we have in the entry hall, woven wool with tassels on the edges. This is actually a lot more like a bathmat. It is made of a very soft fabric, and the vintage design is printed onto the rug. It was a little difficult to see the full pattern on the sales page, but I did know the design would be printed instead of woven. I just thought the rug would be a bit thicker. The good news is, I don’t have to worry about the front door catching on the rug. And it is machine washable, which is perfect for a rug by the door in wintertime. If someone tracks in snow or sleet or mud, this rug goes straight into the wash and comes out clean. The fabric is more reminiscent of a bathmat or blanket than a rug or carpet, but it looks attractive. I like the pattern a lot, which looks like a faded-out, time-worn Persian or Turkish carpet. The design on our rug is more faded than the rug in the sales pictures. I like this vintage look, but be aware the pattern does look faded. The colors (reds, blues, yellows) are more vibrant than the other throw rugs in our hallway, and I like the bright tones. I was disappointed that the rug we received was slightly under 2’ x 3’ . It measured at about 21 1/2” x 32”. Not a huge difference, but it is smaller than expected. Lightweight rug has an attractive, faded-out vintage design. Slightly smaller than 2’ x 3’.     • My first washable rug- so far I like it, soft, should be easy to clean
This replaced a shag carpet that was ridiculously hard to keep clean in a multipet household. We also eat in the living room and so the occasional food spill was a pain to clean out of that rug. If you have a dyson stick vacuum, you'll need to use the hardwood floor head without the beater bar and you'll want to use it on regular setting, not max. I love that the rug is lightweigh, so I can flip half the rug over on itself to vacuum under it and then repeat for the other side with minimal effort. I'm impressed with how well it grips the floor. Our cats love sliding around and sprinting around the livingroom but the rug is usually not all wadded up or anything despite them playing on it a lot. I have one of those snap together plank laminated wood floors in the event that information is helpful. Currently I have this directly on the floor, though my sister who has similar rugs uses pads under hers. We don't really sit on the floor and we don't have small kids who play on the floor. If I had a toddler I'd probably be tempted to get a rug pad under this so it's more cushioned. The fabric is nice and soft underfoot. There's no cushion to the rug at all though because of course it's a thin rug which lets you put it in the washing machine. ... show more

I was a little skeptical about ordering a rug online. I usually like to see it in person to get a good visual of the color and size, feel how soft it may be… Don’t worry everyone. I got this one so you didn’t have to dive into it blindly. The very first thing I noticed straight away was just how soft this rug really is. It’s the type of rug where you want to rub your bare feet on it for a few minutes, just to feel something. Maybe it’s just me stimming but,,… definitely recommend everyone try it once I’ve owed rugs that were washable before (young kids… iykyk, right?), but the non-slip backing was sub-par. Pulling this one out of the packaging, I noticed right away that would not be an issue here. I placed this rug in our living room a couple of weeks ago, and it has hardly budged. The only movement has been from me moving our coffee table around. So far it has been easy to keep clean. Thankfully I have not had to wash it just yet, but with spot cleaning and vacuuming, it has held up perfectly. I will update my review when I have to fully wash it (my time is coming soon, I’m sure). I've purchased a few of these rugs over the past couple of years. I have a senior dog who has difficultly on hard floors and these are wonderful since they are truly non-slip. This style of rug can vary a little in thickness and this is the ultra-thin type. I like these in front of doors since they stay in place, but the door can open and close without issue. It is also very, very soft which is nice underfoot. My dog likes to sleep on it during the day. These types of rugs are easy to clean. I usually shake them outside and go over them with a handheld vacuum. When they get dirty, you can just throw them in the washing machine and hang to dry. They do get worn much faster than a traditional rug, especially if you place it somewhere like an entranceway, but this is fine for the price. I actually ordered this rug to replace a previous version that lasted a couple of years but has now been transferred to a basement area. ... show more
