    • Solid frame, height is adjustable and the mesh is soft and easy to see through in the dark.
I really like this bassinet, however if you have an especially tall bed (like mine) it might not extend to quite as high as you'd like it to. I'm not docking any stars for that because I've struggled finding one that will raise closer to the height of my bed. I'm guessing it's because the higher it can extend upwards, the wider the base on the bottom would need to be to keep the bassinet stable. It has a minimalist design and the mesh is easy to see through even in the dark, so I can see inside without having to readjust at all. The best feature though it that is very easily folds down and can be tucked under the bed so it's not taking up any room when not in use. My side of the bed is already a bit narrow, so being able to fold this away easily without having to take it apart is so nice. The frame feels quite sturdy and solid, which I think is also attributed to there being no wheels on the bottom. I actually prefer this. I feel more secure knowing it's staying put and not accidentally going to slide or roll around when I don't want it to. Overall I'm happy with it! ... show more

    • Convenient but not level
The ability to fold it up easily is great, but the bassinet itself is not level. It slopes down since one side isn’t supported so we worry our baby is going to favor one side since it tilts down on the unsupported side.

    • Unlevel and impossible to fold up
This is the worst bassinet! It is unstable, inconvenient even when folded, if you can get it folded. The slider and button mechanism for folding never works, I have to use one of those jar opening rubber thingys to even get close to closing it up. I regret buying this, there are so many better portable bassinets out there that fold up more easily. Do not buy this product! ... show more

This is AMAZING and perfect for newborns! I don't like my baby being that far away from me during the night and I don't want her in the bed with me. This is the best thing ever! It so so simple, right out of the box. No assembly required! THe mesh sides are great to ensure that my baby can breathe even if she scoots her way to the sides. She has plenty of room in it without being cramped. The mattress is great and nice and soft. I actually like the fact that it doesn't have wheels, so it doesn't slide away, when I am waking up in the middle of the night! This is a must have for the first couple of months. ... show more

    • Great for Small Spaces!
Unlike some of the popular plastic-construction, pack-n-play-style bassinets in the market, this bassinet doesn't skimp on quality or construction materials. Out of the box it was clear the bassinet would be sturdy, and the fact it doesn't require assembly is a dream! The frame is tight and rigid, and the adjustable height feature is fluid and easy to use. Add in the fact that this bassinet can fold down and stow away with a few clicks, and you've got a nice unit! So far, the only drawback to this bassinet has been its lack of mobility when in use. The frame does not include wheels, which means the bassinet is in a fixed position when a little one is sleeping inside. Additionally, there is no drop-down style wall on this bassinet. So, interacting with the baby requires a top down reach into the bassinet in every situation. The absence of these features leaves something to be desired, as a result. Given all of the above, this product earns a 4/5 star rating. On the plus side, it is well-constructed, portable, and requires no assembly. On the down side, it is a stationary bassinet that cane make access tricky at time. So, good... but not great... That said parents will generally be pleased with this product. ... show more

    • Set up and ready to go right out of the box!
This Compact Fold Multi-Position Baby Bassinet by SwaddleMe comes pre-assembled - I'm currently 33 weeks pregnant and I was able to pull it out of the box myself, the legs swung right out, I set it down, and it was ready to go! Adjust the height by holding down simple push buttons on either side and lifting or pushing down to adjust it perfectly to the height of your bed so that you can sleep close - but safely - next to baby. It comes with the mattress pad and has a very minimalist, neutral design - maybe a little bit bland and office-furniture-y, like something you'd see in a daycare or hospital - but you're only going to be using this until baby is 20-ish pounds. Safety, convenience, and space before aesthetics! The whole thing folds right back down with a combination slider / push button and can fit under a bed - so it's also great for travel or for something to keep at grandparent's house! ... show more

I ordered this to use in our church nursery. There are so many things I like about this bassinet. If I didn't already have one for my son due in May I would be using it for him. First, there was no assembly - how wonderful is that! It is a good size and is recommended to use up until 5 months - and it's smaller than a crib so it doesn't taken up a lot of space. I love that it is foldable, so storage is easy - I do wish there was a storage bag or at least some Velcro pieces that help it's stay together better. The bassinet comes with a very soft mattress cover, so no need to try and shop for one. It folds out and raises up very easily - although I did have quite a bit of trouble getting it to close but finally did. Overall this is a great bassinet and would definitely recommend - it would also make a great baby shower gift. ... show more

    • Great sturdy bassinet
This is a very sturdy (one of the most sturdiest bassinets) for babies. It doesn't really move much even though the baby is moving and kicking in the bassinet which allows the baby to fall back to sleep well. The assembly is not too bad. I mean you can use this for traveling but I wouldn't necessarily do so as it doesn't become terribly compact. Also, I feel like it is bit on a pricier side compared to other bassinets but it is sturdy. ... show more
