  • Great customer service! Great customer service!
Update…. Contacted seller and was told they’ve not seen this issue before. They answered promptly and are sending a replacement for the damaged board. These folks are amazing and answered me quickly and have been in constant contact! Our grandson absolutely enjoyed it, but noticed some bubbling on the side after just one use which is not a good thing! Considering if we need to return it and have reached out to the seller. The zipper cooler is not a plus. ... show more

Awesome paddle board for the price. Easy to inflate and deflate. Had tons of fun on the lake with it!

  • Overall bad
Lens Color: Black/Grey
I like the way this paddleboard is, but there are no tethers on the front to hold down your items. The zipper to the internal storage is very hard to open and close, making it completely an accessible. It fills up with water and it’s so hard to get it open and dry it out inside. Would not recommend.

  • Good board. Good board.
Great paddleboard. Cooler feature is nice, but hard to get things out once in and hard to get water out from opening and closing while on the water. Only thing I don’t really like is that there are no straps to tie down the paddle or life vest or anything loose so you have to make sure you bring a bunjee cord. Faster to pump with hand pump than electric. Pack is a lot bigger than most boards because you can’t roll it due to the cooler feature. But nice that I can pack all my other accessories and jackets along with the board. All in all a good board. ... show more

  • Unimpressive SUP
Lens Color: Black/Grey
The idea of a built-in compartment is a good one, but the design of this one is unimpressive. It creates a concave hull portion in contact with the water and that does not offer a smooth movement through the water. What is more, the access to the compartment is through a slit that will hardly accommodate anything of size or without squishing anything fragile and you won't really be able to open it up to check for smaller items. I have no comment about all the other aspects of this board because this one "feature" is problem enough. ... show more

  • Great for beginners Great for beginners
This is my first SUP. As in - I have never ridden on before this and it's the first one I've owned. I do own a kayak though, so I've always wanted to try this out. Setup: The setup with this SUP is rather simple. Lay it out flat, connect the pump with a half-twist, and fill it with air. The hand pump takes about 3-5 minutes to fill the board to 12 PSI. That's a lot of pumps, so you may need to take a break if you've got shorter arms or you just get tired since it's a good workout. Once filled to 12psi you can flip the board over and remove the protective foam on the outer fins and attach the main fin in the center. The removable center fin has a small locking piece that looks simple, but works perfectly. The paddle comes in three sections. Two of them clip together with a push clip and the top section slides into the center section and is adjustable for your height. The paddle is pretty basic, but in my outings so far it's done just fine. Construction: Once inflated, the SUP is very firm. I choose to inflate it at home and toss it on my roof rack before heading out so that I can use my air compressor for the majority of the inflation. It travels just fine and I've had it up to 65mph with no issues. The color scheme is really nice with a few shades of blue that look great together. Several people mentioned that they liked it. The standing section of the board has a good texture and I never found it slippery or harsh on my bare feet. The ankle strap has enough slack to help you forget you're wearing it after a little while. The included sippered "cooler" section is nice, but not perfect. By it's design, it will only open a small slit, so you'll not be loading more than one water bottle at a time. I was able to store my flip flops and a large metal water bottle without issue though. If it had a "T" shaped opening you could use it more easily, but it would be harder to keep it dry. Speaking of dry, if you splash water onto the deck of the sup it will likely pool at the zipper. Make sure to clear that away with your hand before you unzip it if you want to keep things dry. Operation: As I said, this was my first time on a SUP. I'm lucky that I have a kayak launch with a handle bar. I was able to load the sup in backwards (fins in the deep water) and then use the bar to help me get used to standing on it. I found the most stable position to be about 2/3rd toward the rear with my feet side by side about a foot apart. I have been able to ride the board without falling off so far (so far!) and I'm happy to say it was more stable than I expected. I've piloted it from my knees and standing. The SUP tracks fairly straight regardless of which side you paddle from so I typically do 3-4 stokes on my right and then switch to 1-2 on the left as I go. To turn sharp I found that paddling backwards on that side works best. Maybe that will be useful for new riders like me. Conclusion: I'm really happy with this board. There's an included carry bag (well made with a long zipper) with backpack straps that holds the board and pump and probably a bit more if you wanted. For the price I couldn't imagine more. Similar inflatable boards are available at my local stores but they typically go for a much higher cost, and it would be hard to beat the quality of this board. Highly Recommended for beginners. ... show more

  • This is amazing! Everything you need, except a swimsuit. A first timer perspective. This is amazing! Everything you need, except a swimsuit. A first timer perspective.
Lens Color: Black/Grey
Everything you need, except a swimsuit and perhaps a lifejacket and if this is your first time like me, you will want one. This was easy to set up, and easy to get started. You may want to watch a few YouTube videos, they were very helpful for things like setting the height of the paddle and how to transition from kneeling to standing. Also if this was your first time like me, watch a few people who know what they are doing. You may not be able to replicate what they do, but you know it is possible! This was a lot of fun to get started. The board is sturdy, controls well, easy to set up (but does require some pumping). The pump and valve design, I never seen before, but there are instructions in a manual and written hints on the bord itself it was not hard to figure out. And this thing works great! It is not super easy to start to learn how to use this thing. Took me a few tries before I could stand and paddle, but that is not the boards fault. Did I say I am a newbie? But I did it! 3rd try! The cooler compartment is awesome! Other people had coolers strapped to their boards, but I had it all internally. It did a pretty decent job keeping water out, but it was not perfect. I had my phone, wallet, and keys in a waterproof stuff sack in the cooler compartment in the board. They were fine, but the sack they were in seemed a bit damp. However I did not notice any water in the compartment so I don't know where it came from. Storage for the winter? I don't know yet. But for similar items, dry it out as much as possible! You don't want mildew. Depending on where you use it, you may want to rinse it, and then dry it, before storing it. Would I recommend it? YES! This is what you need to get started. Is it the best? I have no idea, I have just started. I spent about as much time talking to people about my board as I did using it so it impressed others. (or they could tell I was a newbie and wanted my perspective) I probably sold at least one other person on this board on my first time out. In one of my pictures you can see my life jacket and stuff sack. They do not come with the board. ... show more

  • Great all-in-one SUP kit! Great all-in-one SUP kit!
Lens Color: Black/Grey
We've never owned a stand-up paddleboard before, but my husband and I used to windsurf all the time. We are very excited to try stand-up paddle boarding, but didn't want another water toy taking up lots of storage space. I really LOVE the black and white version of this Ei SUP! SETUP The setup was easy - the included pump and hose attached quickly. The pump has a "two speed" valve - one for high volume, and one for high pressure. Using the high-volume setting, my husband pumped the board up to about 10 psi in a couple of minutes. Then switched to high pressure and pumped it up over 12 psi easily. FINS The side fins come with foam pads covering them - you'll want to keep these pads and install them back on the fins to protect the board when it's deflated and folded for storage! The center fin slides into a dove-tail groove and is held in place with a cross-clip. We added a little lube to the dove-tail which makes it much easier to insert and remove the fin. DECK PADDING The padding on the deck is nicely textured and grippy. STORAGE AREA The waterproof zippered, roomy front storage compartment is a novel idea - but when open, it has such a narrow slot I don't see how you'd get much more than a wallet, phone, or maybe soft clothing or small towels through the opening. We had to struggle to get a full water bottle in (and it was harder to get out). I think the D-rings and shock cord system seen on other SUPs might be better for storing items in a waterproof bag. PADDLE The paddle breaks down into three pieces, and the handle portion is telescopic with a cam-style clamp. Initially, the clamp wasn't strong enough to keep the poles from sliding - but we figured out that the cam handle could be carefully turned to tighten the clamping portion, and the cam held the poles securely after that. DEFLATING / STORING Once deflated, the entire setup can be folded down and fits nicely in the zippered carrying case, along with the paddle, pump, hose, safety strap, and fin. The case has back-pack style straps, but they don't have a cross-chest buckle - so you'll have to hold the straps on your chest while you walk. The entire case fits easily in the smallest trunk, closet, and even under a bed for Winter storage. I knocked 1 star off this review because of the funky storage zipper opening in the bow of the SUP, the rather large carry case (compared to another SUP we got), and the lack of cross-chest buckled strap or carrying handle on the case. All pretty minor issues overall. I am SO excited about this paddle board! I definitely recommend it! ... show more
