We’re transitioning my child's room into a teenager room. He chose a loft bed with a u desk underneath. He loves it but his monitors are right in his face. He also felt he didn’t have enough room for more than one monitor. Problem solved. This was the perfect fit and my son flipped for the carbon fiber. We plan to add carbon fiber wall panels to fit his black/rgb/uv reactive theme. This was a breeze to put together and it’s very lightweight. We actually ordered this to place in our guestroom so my wife can practice her keyboard playing on it. When a guest comes, we can clear her stuff off, and they have a desk available. For these purposes, the size is perfect for us. The desk is fairly lightweight but still sturdy. Assembly is required but is easy and does not take long. We both think that between the unique design of the legs, and the carbon fiber top, it looks really cool! For about $80, I think this is a good deal! ... show more

Got this for my sons room and he loves it. The style of the base/legs look really aggressive/futuristic. The carbon fiber pattern on to also looks super slick and more expensive than it really is. Also, the notched design of the front edge of the desk is more than just for looks, it makes it more comfortable to tuck up into. Shipping was quick and it was packaged really well to prevent damage.
