The media could not be loaded. I would like to start off by saying that this is the best industrial PC I have ever used. I have used many in my past. This industrial PC outperforms my expectations by far. I'll tell you a little bit more about why. I have a total of 10 shops and I use this manufacturers PCs in every shop, not only for the point of sale but for diagnostics as well because they have a serial port built into the PC which I can hook up to my diagnostic machine. Which is very rare. Inside the PC is a single board computer with a massive aluminum heatsink with a vapor chamber that runs from the CPU to the RAM keeping it as cool as it can, even under extreme duress while running diagnostics. The RAM is soldered onto the motherboard which gives the PC an opportunity to use the entire frequency as needed without any bottleneck. The internal memory is also soldered onto the motherboard which gives it the power needed to fully use the speed of the EEMC. This PC also boasts a microSD card slot that can support up to 512 GB for any extra storage you may need. I also found a way to boot from the microSD card. You should keep that in mind if you plan on dual booting Windows 11 Pro and let's say Linux. Since this is an industrial PC, it is extremely durable. It is also IP65 rated which protects you from liquid and dust. In a shop environment, this is paramount. The PC came with a matte screen protector. I chose to keep that screen protector on and just peel off the little white sticker that helps you remove the matte screen protector. There is no glare and touch responsiveness is unaltered. Let's get into the nitty gritty. This PC has multiple USB 3.0 ports. I come to find out that these USB 3.0 ports actually support USB 3.2 devices. This PC also has Windows 11 Pro which is excellent because I can wake on LAN and remote in from my house or any other location. This PC also boasts a serial port that I use for my diagnostic machine. It works perfectly. There's a sticker on the back of the unit that advises you and not to hook up to the internet during setup. I definitely do recommend not hooking it up to internet when you're setting it up. Not only will this make the setup go faster, but you have the opportunity to do all of the updates for Windows 11 Pro after it's all set up. This allows the PC a chance to download everything at once and not in sections as it would if you were to hook up to the internet during setup. This specific industrial PC has a 15.6 in touch screen. The responsiveness and multitouch capabilities are spot on! I have 10 employees that use this. Each of them have their own profile and have their own programs installed based on their skill level. The 128 GB internal storage is surprisingly enough. Just a Pro tip, after you get done with the installation of all the updates and configuring the PC as you need, go into settings and search for clean. Find the clean up my PC option and let it run. This will take a while. Once it fully completes and tells you what you can get rid of, get rid of everything including old windows install files. For me, this freed up 64 GB worth of not needed data. Therefore, you get more memory to work with on the EEMC. I know this is an industrial PC and made for industrial purposes, but I can see this being used as an everyday computer as well. I want to get one for my house. But first I have to figure out how to get a stand for this PC. In the package, this comes with a mount for the wall. A common vesa Mount unfortunately does not fit the screw holes necessary to mount it to a standard vesa mount. So right now I have it mounted to the wall. I'm still trying to figure out a solution for a stand. This PC also comes with a 12 volt USBC charger. I definitely appreciate that as it is easily replaceable. This PC also comes with another USBC port that is perfectly capable of extending your display even if it has touch capability to another monitor, fast data transfers, and any peripheral that uses USBC, and I checked the voltage, It puts out 14.7 volts and has an internal regulator so your peripheral that you plug-in will get the power necessary to do the job that you want. This PC has exceeded my expectations in every aspect. When I was mounting this to the wall, I accidentally dropped it onto my work boots that have a steel toe. I thought for sure this was going to be broken in some way. But that's not the case. There is not a single scratch, dent, scuff, or anything wrong with the PC. Now, that's a tough PC! Not only is this PC made out of quality material, both metal and ABS plastic, it is extremely durable, it is very versatile, it functions perfectly under extreme duress during diagnostics, once mounted, it is very sturdy, everything is very easy to install both software and hardware, the touch screen accuracy is spot on even with the matte screen protector. I would definitely say the value for the money is there 100%. Next, I would like to speak about the customer service. Since I have opened my shops, I have used this manufacturer for all of my point of sale PCs and diagnostic PCs. If I ever had any questions, they are a simple email away. The response time is incredible. Less than 24 hours. Never once did they not have an answer for me. They stand behind their product 110%. If there's ever any issues that you run into, don't hesitate to reach out. They have you covered fully. Amazing customer service is something I look for in a manufacturer. Amazing customer service like this is very hard to find. I appreciate it 100%. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this industrial PC. It has everything I need plus more. I have 10 employees that use it, that means 10 different user accounts with multiple applications installed on each account based on their skill level. Like I said previously, this industrial PC has exceeded my expectations tenfold. Every single employee loves this PC because it works and works well! I can with extreme confidence recommend this to anybody looking for a reliable fanless PC that can withstand harsh environments or sit on your desk for an everyday computer. I can't say anything bad about this industrial PC, the manufacturer, or customer service. I just broke ground on three new shops that should be ready for build out by late spring early summer. I plan on buying several more of these PCs for the new shops. I have extreme confidence in their product and the manufacturer. I would also like to mention that this PC has an accelerometer inside. That means if you want to turn your screen vertically, it does it automatically. You don't have to go into any settings to put it in that mode. Everything about this PC is amazing. I'll say it again, the value for the money is there and you will not regret it if you get this. I hope my testimonial here will give you the confidence needed to give this manufacturer a chance.
