The media could not be loaded. I bought this as an upgrade to a homemade shelter for our veteran stray cat but before he could get acquainted with it a new stray came around and took to it immediately making it his home. It’s a great shelter. He appears very comfortable and content in it. Since we placed it under our covered patio table where it is out of the direct wind and cold I removed the inside divider to give the kitty more room to stretch out and a space to lay if he gets too warm on the heated pad. He loves it. The camera works great too. Well worth the money. It’s durable, warm and looks great. It was also simple to assemble so I don’t understand why some reviews said it was difficult, mentioned plastic slivers, etc. I’m a 62 year old woman with health issues and had no problems putting it together myself.

I use this outside on my patio where temperatures drop below freezing and my cat absolutely loves it. He spends 90% of his time in there now instead of trying to make me keep the door open or shiver out there uncovered. The heated pad keeps it warm without getting too hot and pretty much regulates itself. I was worried the door openings would be too small, but he fits through them without any issues. I have a very big boy (17lbs) but the inside is very roomy, I chose to not put in the space divider. Assembly was pretty straightforward. The fiberglass parts made me a little itchy, but I have sensitive skin and it went away quickly. I haven’t tried the camera feature yet, but even without it, the house is sturdy, weather-resistant, and clearly very cat-approved. If you have an outdoor cat or a porch cat who deserves to stay warm and cozy, this is very worth it.

I absolutely love this heated outdoor cat house! We have several stray cats that we feed regularly, and with winter coming, I wanted something affordable and cozy for them. This house has been perfect. Although it’s advertised as a multi-cat house, it’s really best suited for one cat—unless the cats are very comfortable snuggling close together. The included camera is an amazing bonus! You simply download the app to access the live feed, receive motion alerts when an animal is present, and even view captured photos. The camera can be mounted either inside or outside the house, which is a great feature. Setup was fairly easy and mostly self-explanatory, though the instructions could have been clearer. The only downside was that the support rods are made of plexiglass. The company includes gloves, but I didn’t notice them at first and ended up with a few splinters. Overall, this is a well-made, thoughtful product that keeps outdoor cats warm, dry, and safe. Highly recommend for anyone caring for strays or outdoor pets!

The house is sturdy as advertised. The heating pad is barely warm but with the insulation it seems like a good shelter for animals But I'm VERY disappointed in the camera. They advertise the camera as weatherproof BUT the USB is comes with is NOT. So basically you can't plug it in outside. Why would you make the camera weatherproof but the USB you need to power the camera indoor only for an outdoor product? So far I've spent $40 for an outdoor USB but nothing fits the camera. I don't feel they make that clear in the advertisement. So now I have a useless camera sitting around.

The house seems to be very well built and is fairly easy to put together. The "instructions" leave a lot to be desired, as it's really just a couple of pictures of the components, but it's easy enough to figure out how it goes together if you have ever put something like this together. They give you a pair of cheap latex gloves to wear, and I didn't use those and was wondering why they provided those. I later realized the fiberglass poles will leave microscopic fragments of fiberglass in your hands, so that's likely the reason for the gloves, but I don't know how much they would protect against that. It's been 2 days since I put it together and I can still feel random bits of fiberglass in my hand, so be warned about that. The velcro that holds down the lid, the frame and that holds the divider inside is very sturdy and I doubt there would be any issues with that. The heated pad seems to work well and has a nice smooth touch. Once the house is all put together and the lid is secured, the house is extremely sturdy. Now to try and convince our skittish stray cat to use it. I wasn't sure how well the camera would work, as it looks and feels really cheap, but I can't complain about the functionality. It has a decent enough picture, and also has a light that can be turned on and off, as well as a microphone and speaker and can also set off an alarm. I imagine the alarm could be useful if a critter gets in there you don't want in there. The app works well enough, and even without a subscription you still get basic functionality such as live viewing and saving snapshots to your library. For some functions, such as recording live video, you will need a subscription in the app, but all in all it isn't very expensive. I don't regret the purchase at all. If my stray won't use it, it can go in our outdoor catio for my house cats to use.

This is the nicest, coziest house for outside. The warmth is so welcoming and assembly was relatively easy. If I would fit I’d go in it. Unfortunately my little jerks won’t go in it. I’ve risked certain biting to even put the cats in it (they’re feral)with tuna in there. Escaped immediately. It’s been out there for a couple of weeks. I have until January 31st to return it. If the rotten little jerks won’t go in there I’ll have to return it. It really is an awesome house!!! Trying to be patient
