This copper carpal tunnel wrist brace is advertised as night support, but this is great for the day as well. The adjustable wrist support is perfect and easily sizable for me. This device is made for left or right hand so be careful that you order the one you need. I love the support and the ability to adjust the level of looseness or tightness as needed, especially when my wrist swell when I lift too much or rotate it too fast or the wrong way. The brace is not lightweight nor is it heavy, it's the copper inside the brace that offers the stability after you put it on. It is easy to put on and take off and can be machine washed when needed. The brace surpasses the wrist and is longer by a few inches which I know for me is added support in case of instability. The brace is colored with a neon looking blue, which has no effect on the brace, just a contrasting color. Priced very well, I am getting one for my right wrist as well.

There is a support bar that runs the length of this brace. It definitely helps keep the wrist from bending, which is not always easy to control while asleep, so I appreciate that. The brace itself is fairly substantial with good clear instructions on how to put it on and wrap it properly. I am a female with average sized forearm and hand, so I got the smaller size. There is more than adequate room for adjustments. I would not say it is easy to go about your daily tasks while wearing this. Any task that requires you to bend your wrist or manipulate it in any way is going to be restricted by the very nature of this device. They say this has copper. I'm not sure where the copper is. Normally, you can see it, but I don't on this particular support. That uncertainty is the reason for the 4.

I am no stranger to using a wrist brace or support - I am hypermobile in my wrists and hands, and sometimes my wrist and thumb get angry. This brace is quite supportive, I like that it has the metal splint in the front only (I've removed them from the back on other splints because it puts pressure on my wrist bones). It's easy to adjust how compressive or loose this brace it, however I do notice that it tends to loosen throughout the day. The thumb hole also hits my hand in a spot where it leaves a mark and feels uncomfortable. The brace is also not super breathable - my hand and wrist get sweaty. Overall, it's a good enough brace but I think I'll end up using my lace-up one more.

I wore this wrist brace for a couple of nights to gauge its effectiveness for nighttime carpal tunnel discomfort, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Despite being marketed as adjustable and supportive, the fit felt awkward from the start. Even after tightening the straps to the suggested level, it didn’t conform well to my wrist’s natural shape, resulting in pressure points rather than uniform support. The material itself feels stiff and somewhat abrasive against the skin, especially during sleep. Within one night, I noticed irritation and mild redness on contact areas where the brace pressed. For something intended to be worn while resting, that level of discomfort was unexpected and made it difficult to keep it on for a full sleep cycle. In terms of pain relief, there was minimal improvement in the tingling and achiness I usually experience overnight. If anything, the pressure in some areas seemed to shift discomfort rather than alleviate it. I also found the sizing guidance to be imprecise; although I ordered the size according to the measurements, it still felt either too loose in the palm or too tight over the wrist joint. Overall, this brace failed to deliver the supportive comfort it promises. Between the poor fit, irritation during wear, and lack of meaningful relief, it’s not something I’d recommend for serious carpal tunnel or tendonitis support. For us, especially at night, a more anatomically designed alternative is likely worth seeking.

This wrist brace is all about keeping the wrist stable, and it does that really well. The fit is snug and the support feels solid. I’ve been using it overnight mostly and it stays put. Sometimes I've had some that sort of start sliding up over time. So the shape and structure feel well made and it doesn’t dig into the skin or get sweaty, even when worn to bed. The mesh fabric keeps things breathable, which helps if you wear it for long stretches. I've still never figured out a good way to wash these types of products. It’s definitely focused on wrist support only. If you’re dealing with pain closer to the base of your thumb, this doesn’t really cover that area. But for carpal tunnel or general wrist strain, it’s been a huge help. Also, the blue accent is subtle but a nice little touch. Give me color for my pain!
