Pros: Right size for my needs, sturdy, no flat tires. Versatility for several different uses. Not a bad price for what I priced elsewhere. All the parts were shrink wrapped in a pouch with labels. You Tube video is helpful, but it doesn't tell you the part numbers of the nuts and bolts, just an overview of the install. Cons: Reason for 4 stars not 5. Incomplete assembly instructions, one whole step was omitted for the rear axle assembly, but it was easy to figure out. Front assembly wheel axles were installed backwards, had to take them off and switch them. Wasn't hard to do, but an unnecessary step. Instructions for some parts were not descriptive enough as to orientation of direction of install and the diagram was lacking in detail for those parts. Just added time to my install to figure out how those parts went on. Misspelled word in instructions, step 4 is spelled Installd instead of Install. Company name is Bilthard USA, but the box says made in China. If your product is made in China, you name should not indicate USA or at least put that in the description. Not unusual these days, but that is not mentioned in the description. Not a biggie, I would have bought it anyway. They need to correct the assembly instructions to add the rear axle assembly, correct orientation of parts and correct the misspelled word. Overall, I am pleased with the cart. ... show more

    • Great Little Garden Cart
Size: 400 Lbs with Flat Free Tires
There are several things I really like about this cart. 1. The sides swing down to make it more flexible in what you can carry. 2. It doesn't have pneumatic tires. I get tired of airing the pneumatic tire on my wheel barrow which is a pain. These are hard plastic so I don't have to worry about them going flat. 3. The wheel/tires are wider so it makes it easier to pull on non-paved surfaces. My landscaping is 1/2" rock so I would have liked the tires bigger and wider. 4. The cart is easily maneuverable. Haven't had any issues with tipping. I am guessing the other reviews with this complaint had a load that made the cart a bit top heavy. 5. The 18" width makes it easy to guide it around my cars in the garage. I put a piece of OSB in the bottom of the cart to reinforce the grated floor. However, the grated floor has the advantage in that dirt and small leaves fall out making cleaning the cart a bit easier. For those who expect dump truck sturdiness, it's not. It's a garden cart. I have found more uses than I expected when I purchased. I use my wheel barrow a lot less now. It was a great purchase. ... show more

The assembly directions could use some work. The front axle piece had the spindles (where the wheels attach) were mounted incorrectly but was able to remove the bolt and change the left/right to be correct. It is a very sturdy cart I use for home projects; paint supplies for the exterior, caulk, wire brushes, drop clothes, tools, etc. I have also used it for moving landscape materials, rocks, and mulch. After assembly, I cut a 13/32" thick piece of plywood to fit on the cart to protect the cross-members and mesh from heavy items. I recently had hand surgery and this cart has been a lifesaver. I have very uneven ground that I roll this cart over carrying food for my animals. It's perfect. Really does handle all terrain with no issues. It's held up very well so far. I put about 180 lbs in feed bags on it toting them to storage and it handled that just fine. Very pleased. Some portions of the directions can be confusing, but it only took me about 20 minutes to assemble. The no-flat tires are worry free, the fold down sides make it easy to move larger items, and it's easier to use than a wheelbarrow.

The cart is exactly what I was looking for. Took us less that 20-30 minutes to set up. Not difficult at all to put together. But, you will need a wrench for the oversized nuts. It seems sturdy and easy to manuver. It is heavier than I expected. Most of all, it comes with airless tires so we will not have to fool with flat tires and all the hazzles. However, one of the panels came damaged and bent. Not a big deal overall. But, since it is a gift for my wife, I wanted it to be perfect! I contacted the seller to send me a replacement panel. The reply was prompt and professional. They could not send us a replacement part due to back order. Instead, they offered us a discount, which was a very noble gesture.
