I bought two of these knee braces at the recommendation of a friend. I am amazed at how much better they are than other braces I have tried. I have been wearing them every day all day. I have found them to be comfortable, and they have helped my knees feel better than even pain medication. I have been able to stop taking anti-inflammatories by wearing these braces. Last night I was out dancing! I was not wearing the braces to do so, because by wearing them most of the time, my knees have actually healed somewhat. I have just ordered a pair of the socks, which another friend has used and loves, and an ankle brace, as I get a sore tendon in my ankle, too. The only caveat I would have is that the braces at least run small. I am a female, 137 lbs., and I ordered the large size of the knee braces because my friend said that she had found that they run small. The large size fits me fine. The medium would be too small. They stay up even when I am walking around alot, but are not too tight.

Claims - comfortable, improves circulation, increases temperature. Honestly, this is a good brace. I feel my knee, post acl surgery, is warmer. It helped at first. But then there are other things I started to notice. First of all, the stays on the left and right side began to coil. I emailed them directly (will discuss below). Next, its comfortable to wear for extended periods of time, but not all the time. Your knee will get tired of the compression or the heat. Not to mention the fact that the stays don't do anything to stop the bunching. Washing is a pain cause it takes forever to dry. It actually remains slightly damp, but dries out on your knee. Go figure. Finally, my knee stopped responding at some point. I'm in LA and a few months ago, it was extremely cold. My knee stopped responding to the warmth and it still hurt when I used it. Funny thing is, after I wear it for a day, my knee starts to make a popping sound when I flex it. So all in all, its not a bad brace. I'm glad I have it in my collection. But my lower marks are cause of the response I got from Customer Service. So I emailed the company about a warranty. The stays on the left and right coiled and are no longer straight. They replied that they were built this way to prevent bunching. First, the item still bunches, and secondly, it sometimes feels uncomfortable cause the stay is coiled. That's the extent of their customer service. For the price I paid, they ought to replace it. But they said its working as designed. Its not working as designed cause it feels uncomfortable. I took pictures and sent them all the shots of what it looks like. They never replied so I emailed them again last night. That's when they said its as designed. Honestly, the coiling is an issue. Instead of preventing bunching, it causes more bunching. Design has flaws. Hope this review helps you decide. Thanks.

I was unsure of the correct size to order. I ordered the brace in a large, since I'm a large in most articles of clothing that have such sizing. After trying the brace on I soon concluded it was just a little too tight. It felt as though my kneecap was being forced downward toward my foot, further aggravating my injury. I then looked at the box and found the sizing chart on the side. Sure enough, according to the circumference of my thigh at the top of the brace, (about 18 inches) I need an extra large. I wish I could have read a chart before ordering this thing. As of the time of this review, the sizing chart in the product listing is a general sizing chart for other garments, not this knee brace. After reading a few reviews stating that this product was non-returnable I was a little worried. I went through the return process here on Amazon with no issues and without making a phone call. The brace has been shipped back. We'll see if I'm credited for the return. I'll update this review if not. As for the brace it seems like it would be comfortable, provide some relief and aid in the healing of some knee injuries if properly sized. I'm leaving on a trip and didn't have time to wait for another brace to arrive. Bummer, since Ill be on my feet a lot. If my knee hasn't improved upon my return I'll re-order. Basically, here's the chart: Medium = 12"-14", Large = 14"-16", X-Large = 16"-18", XX-Large = 18"-22". The measurements are the circumference of the thigh at the topmost part of the brace. For the size large, that is about 6 inches above the kneecap. There is no Small size listed. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Going into my last few soccer games, I've got a possible partial torn meniscus and diagnosed baker's cyst on my kicking leg knee. The Incredibrace held my knee comfortably in place for the game and did not move out of place more than 1/2 inch. The brace comes in mutliple sizes and covers from the middle of your shin to the middle of your thigh. To make sure you get the right size brace, measure the circumference of your thigh, halfway between your knee and hip and match the size with the factory site: [...] Again, wonderful brace for soccer or other activities with tons of motion! I've used much shorter braces and I'm constantly having to adjust the shorter braces as they slide around a lot during heavy movement. A+

I love this brace! Super comfortable, appears to be very well made. I just ordered 2 more! I just had my 5th surgery on the same knee. I have worn a lot of braces, and this is by far my favorite. It doesn't have the greatest support for guys like me without an ACL or PCL. But for all other scenarios including sleeping, this is my all-time favorite!
