This is a good value for a very nice, good quality set of 250 grease fittings in a nice case and with 5 mini wrenches included. The sizes are in both standard inches and M metric numbers. There are 2 standard and 3 metric sizes included. You’ll want to take a close look at the listing pictures and details to be sure they are the right sizes for your use. There are 5 sizes included. Sizes: (5 total sizes, 3 metric, 2 standard) -3 Metric: M6, M8, M10 -2 Standard: ¼” 1/8” They are not all in the same angle There are 3 different angles included. Standard vertical, 45 degree angle and 90 degree angled are included. Each of the shapes and angles has fittings in each of the sizes included (see the listing pictures for details). To see how many are in each size and shape, look closely at the pictures of the label on the front and inside. There are varying quantities of 20, 30, 3, 15, 50, 5 in each size. Most have at least 10 included. The quality is good and they are very sturdy and well made and nicely finished. They’re made of high hardness galvanized steel. They’re rated for use in outdoor environments with rain and salt and are rated to be rust and corrosion resistant. The style has a deeper thread style threaded end, stainless steel check valve and a reinforced spring. There is a chart in the listing pictures that shows the thread count in each size and style and you may want to refer to this. They come in a very nice, labeled, sectioned, clear hard plastic storage case. The case is sturdy, good quality and opens and closes easily and securely. The case has inside sections to keep each item in it’s own section and make it easier to find. The case is very well labeled both on the outside lid and on the inside of the lid. It’s a flat style case without a handle to make it easy to fit in a storage drawer. The case arrives safety sealed and plastic that must be removed before opening it. They did have some plastic pieces folded in the case to keep items in place. You can remove those before use. But you may want to consider leaving them and removing them as needed if the case is going to be moved or carried a lot or stored on it’s side vs flat. The reason is that they are there to keep the items in the proper compartment and without the pieces they may tend to move into other compartments, especially if the case is carried or tilted vs laid flat. The case has a lower section for the 5 mini wrenches included. The wrenches match the fittings in the set in size and shape. Note that some are more rounded crescent and some a little angular. So you’ll have to look at the wrench size and shape to match it to the fitting. The wrenches are single ended, open style and a more flat design. They’re smaller in size but very nice, sturdy and well made. Wrench sizes: -No. 7 -No. 8 -No. 9 -No. 10 -No. 11 Note that no use or installation instructions come with them. You’ll need know or learn how to use them. There is some information in the listing details and pictures that you may also want to refer to. Note that no grease or other accessories come with the set, it’s just the fittings and wrenches. Note that they did not include (unless I missed it) a working high and low temperature range for the fittings.

This set contains every grease fitting that you could want, as well as the wrench to install them. There are a perfect fit my old tractor. My tractor has some grease fittings in less than ideal locations. These fittings offer a bunch of different angles. I'll be sure to find one that makes it much easier to apply grease in that location. This case is an excellent value. I will probably never need to purchase great fittings again. Finally, these were packaged incredibly well. There is a near zero chance of any of these little fittings spilling out in transit. The case is shrink wrapped, wrapped in bubble wrap, and placed inside of a padded envelope that was completely sealed with packing tape. I highly recommend these fittings!

There are a lot of good reviews here of the product, and I echo them...this is a solid feeling set. Having bought kits where the hardware comes all jumbled, I appreciate that the manufacturer lined the lid with bubble wrap to ensure everything stays in place. A bit redneck? Perhaps, but we're talking grease fittings here...the proper term is backwoods engineering. Now the real question...do you really need 250 zerk fittings? If I don't ask, you know the missus is gonna. The answer is yes, you do. How sure are you the broken fitting you're replacing is metric and not SAE? Can you get in that nook with a 45, or do you need a right angle? You aren't buying a bunch of zerk fittings...you're buying hydraulic confidence. If it breaks once, it's gonna break again. Get the set.

This is one heavy box of grease zerks! Yes, there are a lot of zerks in there, but also, they seem to individually weigh a lot. In the world of heavy machinery, this is a good thing. This kit (unlike most others) has both Metric and SAE. Hallelujah. Thank you! It's very convenient to have both Metric and SAE sizes zerks all in one box, especially when working with multiple brands of equipment. Finally, this kit covers some of the larger sizes zerks that other zerk kit sets never seem to have.

Several auto parts stores are located within a couple of miles...but who wants to stop in the middle of a project to go buy something like a grease zerk? Although they're inexpensive, the real cost is going into a store for something costing just pennies, and then leaving with a bag full of other stuff. This is a great kit for DIY mechanics.
