What I dislike is the manual did not specify the voltage whether it was dual voltage or not, so for my region which is the Caribbean to be safe I used it with 110v. Overall it works well, if you are using it with a very thick htv vinyl you might encounter a little difficulty, if you are a beginner it is a great buy and a great price and easy to use.
