We got it to provide more support for a 4” memory foam pull out sofa bed. Definitely supports, but may need to add a mattress topper as it is too hard. Personally slept on it for 4 nights and decided any guest sleeping on it would not be comfortable. Looking at mattress topper to add but worried about where to store as those are bulky. The sofa sleeper at our cabin is rather old and definitely needed some help. I purchased this support and was pleasantly surprised at the difference it made. No more "hole" in the middle of the bed. I love that it's foldable so I can slide it under the couch when not in use. We've only slept on it two nights, so I'm not sure how durable it will be. Our combined weight is about 400 lbs. so we'll see, but, for the price, I am pleased with the purchase. I wish it was just a bit larger to cover the whole frame. ... show more

We have a queen sleeper- the measurement for the queen is 48x56 which is 22 inches shorter than the sofa bed. So if you put it in the middle where the bars are your head and feet areas are still sinking In especially if you sit at the bottom of the bed. Have been actively using my sofa pull out bed for 2 years now and both the springs and the frame itself have bent and sunk. Did not look forward to each night's sleep. Finally bite the bullet and purchased this support board. The sleep improvement was immediate. The wood boards held my weight and the mattress is now finally uniformly flat. Only complaints would be the lack of protective packaging when boxed by an Amazon fulfillment worker and UPS being late. These are not the seller's fault. ... show more
