I have nothing but praise for this microwave. It's been great for the first couple months. Time always tells how well built a unit is. I don't find it any noiseier than any other microwave. I will say the blower runs even when it's just the microwave running. Which the wife and I both thought that was unusual. It's inexpensive but not cheaply built. Very stylistic and looks great. After reading good reviews, I purchased this item, but it arrived defective. (Would not heat) I was advised by Amazon this was a non-refundable item, due to the product and I would have to go through seller. Numerous attempts to contact seller have gone unanswered. I did eventually receive an answer, but they advised to buy ANOTHER one and return the defective product on my dime. This is completely unacceptable. Why would I spend more money on a product that was sent to me defective. Lesson learned, always check return policy and seller reviews prior to appliance purchases.
