This hand blender is functional, even though it isn't the best quality. It is flimsy in some parts. It is easy to use though. There is a power button to turn it on and off. There is a turbo button to pulse on max speed. There is a speed control dial at the top that goes from 1 to 12. The blending power is strong though. It is a 5 in one, so it is versatile. This immersion blender is a game changer for me. I used to have to get my vitamin blender out when I needed something blended. Now I can just grab my immersion blender. It is very easy to use, blends wonderfully, and the attachments go on and off with ease, I would buy this product again
