I got 8 of these 5/6 recessed lights back in December of 2022 at a good price (they had a promotion going). They were super easy to install and set up was easy. Lately I've been having problems with 2 of the light randomly losing connection to my network (Ubiquiti ecosystem), and then it would be super difficult to have them rejoin the network, had to try just about everything from having to remove them from the application, manually resetting the lights, resetting my whole network, unplugging the light directly at the socket, etc... (For those who don't know, the way to manually reset this lights is via the power switch on your wall by turning the lights on-off-on-off-on with around 2 secs in between. ) I decided to give customer support a shot and sent them an email cs@inlintek.com and support@lumary.tech. They got in touch with me in less than 24hrs. After going back and forth for a couple of days giving them information and following troubleshooting steps provided by them, they determined that the lights were faulty and agreed to send me replacements. Waiting again to see if another promotion drops and might grab a few more to complete the house :) I couldn't be any more satisfied with their help and support. ... show more

One of the lights was already broken by the time I got the box in the house. Not shipped in a brown box nor other packaging. It was like someone went to the store and took it off the shelf then stuck a shipping label to it and called it a day. Considering the cost of this product this is unacceptable. These lights are about 7.5 inches across which is great. My old can was a little over 6 inches so newer style pot lights are too small to fit over the can. The install is easy and the app works smart things. The native app isn’t the best but it gets the job done.

I love these lights! They are super easy to install, it only took me about an hour to put up 5. I love that with a quick app on my phone I can change the colors to match the season or my mood. My kids love to see what color the house will be lit up with. I am so glad I purchased these.

Love the ease with which this installed. The price point is great compared to others on the market and they work with Alexa and Google Home. Also had a small issue and customer service was quick to fix my issue. Definitely would buy again.

Customer support is horrible. The only way I could find to reach the company was via email, but I've never received a response. I made a mistake and replace all the can lights in my home with these...and I have a bunch of can lights. - They lose the signal alot. They won't stay attached to the internet -Some won't turn off all the way. I have at least 2 that have a faint glow when they are supposed to be off. - I have two that turn on randomly. In the middle of the night, at full brightness. - I have nine that I have on timers to come on at dusk and off at dawn. However, the app seldom works so the lights stay on all the time. Curiously I get a message on my phone almost every morning that says the app failed to trigger. I don't know what that means and the company won't respond to my emails. - There are two versions of this light. some turn on fast and some build up slower. It is irritating that not all will come on in the same manner in the same room. -The lights only work on a 2.4 MHz wifi system. They will not work on a 5 MHz wifi signal. Very irritating. - The lights are expensive and now I'm in too deep. Very frustrating. I'm tired of constantly having to reprogram the lights. As they go out I will replace them with something else. ... show more
