I’ve been using the iliD Smart Max bidet seat for 2 weeks now, and I’m honestly very satisfied with it. It feels like a luxury upgrade without being overly complicated. The automatic lid that opens and closes when you approach is super convenient and makes everything feel cleaner and more hands-free. The seat itself is wide and very comfortable. The instant warm water is consistent, and I love being able to adjust both the temperature and pressure depending on what I need. The warm air dryer actually works well—takes a bit of time but it’s gentle and gets the job done. The night light is a great touch too—makes late-night bathroom visits much more pleasant. Installation was very easy and only took about 10 minutes. Everything you need is included, and the remote plus side knob make it really easy to control. If I had to point out one downside, it’s that you need a power outlet nearby. My toilet didn’t have one close, so I had to use an extension cord. Not a huge issue, but definitely something to plan for. Now that I’ve gotten used to it, I honestly can’t believe I went this long without a bidet. It’s one of those things you didn’t know you needed until you tried it—and now I feel completely spoiled every time I use it. Overall, this bidet seat has exceeded my expectations. It’s comfortable, reliable, and adds a nice modern touch to the bathroom. Highly recommend it!

The media could not be loaded. 06.12.25 update: i contacted support and they offered to refund all my costs for the fitting and the new hose, $25.00. impressive. they even sent me an additional gift. and they promised to update their documentation to show the fitting size!! thank you!! now, for the actual unit itself. the bidet as a whole looks and feels to be made of quality material. it is not flimsy, pretty solid all around. the functions are work great. i cannot speak from a female standpoint (though my wife has indicated it works well). the rear cleaning is great. the seat is always warm, the water is a good temperature, water pressure is good, the drying feature is great. auto open lid is incredibly convenient. all in all, it functions great. i have no complaints considering the quality, ease of installation, product support and price. there are some features i wish it did have; the lighting feature is great, but i wish it worked similarly to the auto open feature in that it turns on when you walk into the restroom and turns off when the lid closes. the light is either always on or always off. of course you can toggle it with the remote. another feature i would love it auto seat. the top lid auto opens, but the toilet seat does not. ideally, it would be great if it were a zero touch system where the seat is also automated at least by remote button. otherwise, this is a great product, at a great price. my experience with support has been top notch. 06.03.25 i may change the rating after actual use. but based on initial installation.... the small plumber tape was empty. no where in the webpage or any documentation, including the actual instructions, does it say what sizes are the fitting. as it turns out, the fitting is 7/8" connection to the water line, 7/8" connection back to the toilet tank and 1/2" to the bidet. our angle stop is 1/2". there are no adapters or any other items to make this work if your measurements do not match exactly. i had to pay $14.00 to get another fitting that was 1/2x1/2x1/2". so, to reiterate, the include fitting is 7/8x1/2x7/8" (see image) ok, so round one resolved. everything connected. water turned on and the hose which was provided with the bidet leaked. out to home depot and another $8.00 for a new supply line. now, everything is installed correctly and no issues so far. i will update this with actual use and if it warrants, i will change the rating.

I never thought I'd be the type of person to rave about a toilet seat, but here we are. After a few weeks with this smart toilet seat, I can honestly say it’s one of the best home upgrades I’ve made. Installation was surprisingly simple – the instructions were clear, and all necessary parts were included. I had it up and running in under 30 minutes with no plumbing experience. The features are what really set it apart. The heated seat is a game-changer during cold mornings, and the adjustable water temperature and pressure on the bidet function make it incredibly comfortable and hygienic. The warm air dryer is a nice touch and works better than expected. I also love the soft-close lid and the night light – small details, but they make a difference. It even has a remote control, which is intuitive and easy to use. There’s also an energy-saving mode, which I appreciate. Everything feels high-quality, and it's clear a lot of thought went into the design. If I had to nitpick, the only downside is that it does require a nearby power outlet – so be prepared for that if your bathroom isn’t already wired accordingly. Overall, this smart toilet seat adds a level of comfort and cleanliness that I didn’t know I was missing. Highly recommend for anyone considering making the leap!

Love the automated seat and the rest of the features which work a little better than a couple of others I’ve tried. Such a reasonable price so if you’re gonna get one of these, and I did quite a bit of research, I would recommend this one. Just know that the lid Sensor is very sensitive so when you’re anywhere close by it’ll pop open. But who minds a lead that pops open on its own no matter how many times it does it! Feels like I’m living in an episode of the Jetsons.
