This very affordable lazer level is an excellent tool to have! It is studry and well constructed with durable materials that can hold up at a build site or around the house. I love how easy it is to use and how quick I can get it set up. The lines/grid are very clear and crisp and I appreciate how easy they are to see, even when using outside or in a bright, sun filled room. This unit is a manageable size and comes in a nice case for storage and travel. I appreciate that it isn't just 1 line, rather it shows a grid so you can find the exact center and distance with the push of a button. This is way more advanced than the old school, 1 line lazer levels, as it does so much more than just cast a straight line. It is easy to switch between the different modes too. At first, I thought the remote was just an extra that wouldn't be useful, but I was very wrong. The remote comes in VERY handy as you can switch between modes from a distance (great for when you don't want to get off a ladder!) The batteries hold a charge for quite some time. With just 1 charge I have done several projects. I do like to charge this up overnight though so it is always ready to go. This is a pretty awesome level that works great and is very helpful. My only complaint is that I wish it came with a tripod. I purchased this for myself and put it to good use immediately. It disappeared almost immediately. I found it in the hubby's truck (he is a builder) and when I asked him about it, he went on and on about why he preferred mime over his super fancy level. Mostly, he appreciated the convenience and how accurate this was.

Wow! This is a huge step up from the laser level I bought 20 years ago! My last laser level had a single red beam that marked a simple line, size depending on the distance. This has three green lasers, to form a cube and divide a room into 12ths. Using compass grids, you'd have one laser making a plane oriented north and south, a second laser on that same plane oriented east and west, then the third laser for up and down. All self-leveled by a little motor inside. It has two batteries of a pretty hefty size. Considering lasers don't actually use much energy (a laser pointer works for years on single button cells) I can't imagine needing two, except for the convenience factor of continuing to work while charging. Each battery is a self-charger, just plug in a USB-C cable. The only feature this doesn't have that my old one did is a convenient tape measure in the handle. I'll live with that. I haven't used it on a project yet but I had this incredible urge to build a deck at 2AM while trying out and putting away new tools from this Amazon order.

My wife and I are struggling DIYs. We are trying to build a tiny house and thought we were doing a good job. This bright, easy to use laser level was put to use on our sheetrocking project. The level quickly proved that just about everything is out of square. It's a great tool. It will go to work again when we are hanging the kitchen cabinets. We like it.

This is a well-made self leveling laser. It comes in a nice convenient case with nice compartments. pulling it out of the box for the first time you can see it’s well-made. comes with two batteries, So you don’t have to worry about turning it off all the time you can have one charging will using the other. very bright lights that you are able to dim if you need to, but it can be seen several rooms away. It does not come with the tripod though, but you can set it on anything because it is self leveling or mounted on the wall. It comes with a bracket.

I love this little tool! It comes in a wonderful padded travel kit with all the accessories included. It works well and has clear instructions. My only gripe is I wish it came with a tripod or something to stand it up. It DOES come with a magnetic "shelf" that is plenty strong as well as a metal bracket to affix to the wall if it isn't magnetic. I don't want to put holes in my wall just to have a level line though. Tripod aside, I love and highly recommend it.
