We're so happy we found this light fixture. It took a lot of searching. We needed something that could transition between our newly constructed, more modern style home and our very traditional and elegant, passed down dining furniture. Not an easy task! Looove this! Looks absolutely gorgeous. However, as it is displayed in the picture, be sure to buy two or more for larger spaces. I tried just one over my kitchen sink, and my husband said it was pocket size. Lol. So I will use this one in my half-bath downstairs.

I absolutely love this chandelier! It was not hard to put together but did take awhile to put glass pieces on. I cleaned them with windex first even though they were pretty clean. It’s easier to hang the chandelier and THEN put all the glass pieces on last since it’s heavy. Also for glass install I HIGHLY recommend putting all the ball head screw caps on all the screws that goes into the glass first, then that way all you have to do is put the nut on the back and it’s much easier that way. It is much more beautiful in person than the pictures also. None of my glass was broken, and I had four extra pieces. Beautiful! ... show more

FIVE START FOR LOOKS! Unfortunately I do have a vaulted ceiling and when it came down to the rods its was crooked by about 1”. Luckily it’s an easy fix! If you ever run into this problem all you need is to buy a separate 3/16 1” chain link.

I'd love to give this light a 5 star but the reality is - you get what you pay for. It was beautiful when we hung it and had no issues. I have the matching pendants and a large dining room one to match this round one in my kitchen. The deal is - months later - 6 or more, the glass is beginning to deteriorate. It's called "crizzling" and it happens to poor quality glass. The glass feels oily or greasy. It is not because of cooking - I usually grill outside and never fry much inside my home. It's almost like it's giving off chemicals. The dining room light is doing the same thing and it is not near any cooking area. It's a separate room. So, short of taking it apart and washing it, it is going to be a PIA to keep clean. I can deal with dusty all day long - this can't be dusted because it has an oily film on it. Also some one commented about the dim lighting it produces. This is also true. If you need super bright light, it's not a good light for game night at the kitchen table. ... show more

I can't say enough how impressed I am with both product and seller. Purchasing an expensive item like this from Amazon can be nerve-wracking but the product design and presentation are extremely polished and professional. First of all, I was incredibly nervous about the condition of the product based on how beat up the box had gotten during shipping. I was impressed that not a single glass piece was broken as this was very well-packed! Each glass piece is slightly different than the last, and the product ships with four extra glass pieces in case one is broken or not to your liking. The chandelier rods that ship with the chandelier lend a nice finished touch to the product. As shown, we have a slanted ceiling so were able to use the supplied different lengths to get a chandelier that was perfectly level. The instructions are not incredibly detailed but they are complete and accurate. There are a couple design choices that lend to a secure product. For instance, the mounting crossbar (which holds the top of the chandelier faceplate firmly against the ceiling) comes with several additional drywall mounts for additional security. USA code states that a chandelier overhead fixture *should* support 50 lbs and this clocks in around 30 lbs, but having some additional points of security is very reassuring. The instructions provide the preferred method for getting in touch with the seller. They were extremely responsive and helpful with providing additional information and services for us to complete our job! ... show more
